Nate is one of the best agents in the Monterey Peninsula region and we had a great time working with him. We were new to the area and were looking at reasonably priced investment property/vacation home without costing us an arm and a leg:) Nate was very insightful and guided in the process, and was extremely kind and responsive throughout the process, working with various parties such as HoA, Insurance Agents, Local Water Agency, Bank/Loan Officers among others. As a first time home seller, we were very unsure how to go about the whole process. We chose Nate Randall as our agent partly because we knew of him, and mostly because from the first day we met with him about selling, he was very helpful with suggestions of what we could do to get the most out of the sale of our mom’s home. We found him to be hardworking, honest, knowledgeable and a really nice man. He was hands on the whole way through, making recommendations of contractors for work (painting, plumbing, hardwood floor refinishing) and meeting with the inspectors and contractors to see that things were being done right. He was clear and concise in information he provided us, and was knowledgeable in what was required in the city with regard to inspections and certifications for selling. When it came time to review offers, he let us ask all the questions we had, and validated our concerns and thoughts. Since there were 15 offers, we had a lot to discuss! All in all, he made the entire process easy for us. I would highly recommend him to family or friends who were looking for a talented, great realtor.

Once in a blue moon, you find a realtor that is the perfect fit for you. Nate Randall was the perfect fit for our family. Our dream to find a picturesque parcel in Carmel Valley was a long journey, and throughout the process Nate guided us with his thorough and educated insights. We had a wonderful experience working with Nate during the search for and purchase of our new home. We had unique needs that made the process a little more complex, but Nate always rose to the challenge. He regularly emailed and texted us about new listings while we were still looking and even alerted us to our future home on the day it came on the market. He was able to get us in to see the house as soon as possible, and once we decided to put an offer in on it, he fast-tracked everything and gave us helpful suggestions on potential home improvements, including water credits (something we knew nothing about as out-of-staters). After we went contingent, he arranged for us to view the home additional times so we could show it to family members and plan which of our existing furniture pieces we'd be able to use there. We were very glad to have Nate navigating us through through the ins-and-outs of buying a home on the Monterey Peninsula!
