This was my favorite place to go for physical therapy. I was very happy going to In-Stride for all my therapy needs. However, they no longer accept medicare. They need to correct this advertisement to reflect that.

Not really physical therapy from my point of view but rather a cookie cutter exercise class. One size fits all. Carried out by physical therapy assistants referred to as therapists, but they are not. They are PTAs. The one actual physical therapist (the owner) is ordinarily unavailable to see you after her initial evaluation even if a request is made.

I had a good experience here recently. After an unfortunate slip in my kitchen my doctor recommended some physical therapy to augment the recovery process for my knee. In Stride seemed like a good bet because they are near my home and took my insurance. Overall I had a good experience. My therapist obviously was experienced and had a lot of great insight about how knees work and how to help them heal. I've been happy with my progress and would recommend In Stride.

It seems to me, most of the therapists are very inexperienced and gave me little personal attention. My therapist would leave every time I was set up with exercises to do. Now this is ok and normal but he did it every single time, which was more noticeable when we working in an isolated room, with him leaving the room constantly. The session lasted no more than 30 minutes which I thought was very short_ and I got the feeling he couldn't wait for me to leave. When talking to his supervisor, she suggested that unless I have "dimentia" I would not need for the therapist to stick around when doing excercises. This is simply not my experience with physical therapy in the past. Montage is great because they always check on their customer experience. No accountability here.

I had 3 sessions with 2 therapists. I liked them well enough, but I grew increasingly uncomfortable that few people aside from me wore masks -- including none of the staff. I saw a number of very compromised people receiving therapy in this setting at a time when businesses are permitted to make the choice about masks, but Omicron variants are active and the President has Covid. I have visited a number of health care settings recently, and In Stride is the only one where masks are not required. Because I wanted to examine my reasoning, I called other PT practices in the area. Every practice I reached still requires masks. I have concluded that patient health and safety is not the highest priority at In Stride.

My experience here has been very good and helpful towards my healing. All the practitioners seem well educated and genuinely concerned for the patient's health.

Friendly and accommodating staff always open to working with my crazy schedule. Really a treat to work with. PT exercises are kinda of one dimensional but hey, they work and that's all that really matters!

The therapist assigned to me did not do any sort of assessment of my condition other than "where does it hurt" more or less. Proceeded to show me some band and weight exercises without a clue about the root cause of my pain. She left me on my own to do them, and never really observed whether I continued to do them properly. I asked about stretching, but she indicated that she wanted me to strengthen the relevant areas and not stretch. That all sounded fine because stretching irritated the condition. Turns out, so did her strengthening exercises. My condition kept getting worse. After a number of sessions of her cookie cutter intervention and feeling like this was a place just doing what they had to do to pick up insurance checks, I stopped going. Since then I've come to find out that my particular condition needs to be resolved, which is a long process, and attempts to strengthen the involved muscles can exacerbate the problem. Physical therapists should assess thoroughly, including holding off on any kind of treatment until they have determined underlying causes of pain through their own evaluation, in conjunction with any and all info. gathered by a patients doctor. Then, once thats established hopefully they have knowledge of the appropriate treatment. Otherwise they have no business being in the profession. This seems to be a problem with the industry in general.

A lesson about basic physical fitness. I had a bicycling accident last December. I learned a lot from the physical therapy that now has me walking better than I have for years. I had long suffered from pain in my right knee. Although the X-ray shows some arthritis, by doing simple leg exercises with ankle weight 3 to 4 times a week the pain and limp are gone and my step and stride is easy. The point is, investing in some time with a physical therapist can have really big payback.

Awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Clients are kept at the safe Covid guide lines. I would highly recommend this facility for PT.

I have used In Stride after 2 knee replacements and find each and every member of the staff to be extremely professional, friendly and focused. I have years of healthcare In my background and have had PT elsewhere but these folks are the best I've experienced. They are conscientious with fulfilling the prescribing MD's expectations and very focused on flexibility and strength, progressing with each visit. It's a spotless facility, also. Highly recommend them.

I had PT a couple times many years ago which kept me out of surgery, so I'm a big fan of Physical Therapy. Recently I had a horrible experience in the South Bay with a PT business that would give me a few moments worth of instructions, give me a print out and tell me to do it all at home. Talli and her team are amazing. I got right in for an assessment and they were working with me the same day. I work with 2 to 3 other friendly helpful professionals each time I go. I spend almost an hour each time working on my shoulder. Every step along the way they explain the what and why for each exercise or process. I'm getting a plan just for me. After a year in pain, I'm hopeful and excited that I'll back in-stride in a few months. Big plus for the awesome music playlists too. These guys are some of the best you'll ever find!
