I love this chase! Everyone is so friendly. I have the BEST banker ever, Ian. I’ve been working with him the last couple years for my business account. He’s soo helpful, gets things done instantly. I was having trouble receiving something in the mail, and he got on the phone and got it done for me right away. He always has solutions, and always makes me feel at ease. Thank you Ian for always taking care of me and my account. You’ve become a friend and I’m so thankful for you!

Great, modern bank location. Been in to visit this location multiple times and each time the service was great. They even have a fireplace and complimentary coffee to enjoy while you wait.

Went in to cash a check that was written from chase and they wanted to charge me $10 to do so.What I didn't mention to them is that I was also looking to see how I liked the bank and potentially open an account.It's pretty clear they are thieves, so I walked out.

On 9/19/2021 I was working in front of the Chase Bank(170 Country Club Gate Center,Pacific Grove,Ca) where I witnessed 2 separate cases of Senior Citizens struggling to get to the front of your doors. This was caused by the premium parking stalls in front of the bank being occupied. I needed about 10 minutes to work on the 2 closest parking stalls in front of the bank, so I went into the Chase Bank and asked if anybody owed the 2 cars in the 2 BEST parking places for the bank. SADLY, I was advised that the bank Manager and an Employee were the 2 cars in the best stalls. I confronted the Manager who was VERY RUDE to me. I explained I was a Chase customer and I would be reporting her for where she and her employee are parking. IS IT CHASE BANK POLICY TO TAKE THE FRONT(BEST) parking stalls for there employees and let there customers park and walk long distances? I want to know! To make things worst this bank manager calls the parking lot owner and tries to get me fired. I want to know whats going to be done?

WhI am trying to locate funds i sent through Chase bank's Zelle that wasn't received by my person I had sent to I'm locked out of online and when called a couple 800#'s I was led through a maze of info including not able to connect me to ANT DEPARTMENT OR ANYONE!! Called again received answer from a woman identifying as Chase rep but I cbarely understood what she was saying. She transferred me to a gentleman whose accent was even thicker than hers and the connection kept breaking like a radio. This is how Chase is conducting business now!? I ended the call but that was very uncomfortable and I still have no resolution just more suspicious that fraudulent behavior is clearly ringing alarms in my head. Then tried calling my local branch which lists open til 5p. Yet reviews state you get there and closed doors locked. Phone no live help in the country anyway. Pandemic is causing absenteeism in business or are they using as excuse to not do business. I'm a nobody I don't have thousands or millions but what I have I work hard for and when I would like to get help involving that hard earned cash t GG at ultimately is MINE, I don't like being shut out or ignored and you have my money!!! Just sharing the experience. I had really enjoyed them and their services, now its luck of the draw I guess and meanwhile someone got money from my account! Thanks for making a client feel protected! Really thank you for your time help attention to the review matter. Good day

Branch is closed for COVID but says the “nearby” branch in Carmel is open. Drove out of my way to get to this branch only to find it closed after arriving. These things should be posted digitally to avoid these mix ups.

This branch violated the terms of an agreement.I have proof of this and if I can prove damages I will pursue compensation for this.I offered proof of this to the branch manager, Bijal, they were apologetic but unable to remedy the situation they created so I closed my business and personal account and moved to another bank.

Chase is by far the worst bank I have ever banked at. Never get a good feeling walking into this Branch and soooo many hidden charges. What happened to customer service?? U are really going to charge me $5 to have a card sent to me!?!? Come on Chase u can eat that one. I highly suggest using a different branch and an all new bank altogether. I know I will.

I want to call out Raven, our relationship banker for simply great support for our personal and checking account. Raven has helped me with Chase business banking, credit cards, and solving some problems created by Chase IT. Having banked at US Bank, Wells Fargo, WaMu (good riddance to bad rubbish), I've found this branch at Chase to be my go to solution. Thanks again Raven- u r the best!

It's always super quiet . They also always have coffee and little cookies out for the customers . The staff is so nice abs friendly .
