“Hi ~ I haven't been in yet, for service, but wanted to say in advance that I've only heard such wonderful reviews, compliments, gratitude, & support for Martin & the shop.I feel like I already know the guys, & am so comfortable about going there. It can be difficult (even a bit scary, as an old woman...) to trust my car to be in good hands, especially when hearing stories about other companies/shops that don't have the great reputation of J & M in Pacheco.So, I'm hoping they can figure out my lack of heat (brrrr...) & help warm me up soon... :-)I'll review again, after we're done; I'm actually looking forward to meeting Martin & the team.Peace & Joy, in & through all ~ Cindy :-)”

“This guy is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!I'm from a different state here for some work and my car broke. The car broke down on a Friday evening and I had to be at work Sunday very early. Not only did he stay in contact way after hours to help me get a tow to his shop he was trying to help figure out what was wrong based on my descriptions (I fix cars too) but he also the next day diagnosed it and fixed it perfectly and the car runs great.His level of support, a helping hand and outstanding customer service is beyond superb!!!!!!!If I lived in this state I'd take my car only to him, thank you so much!!!!!”

“I had a great experience with G&C Auto Body this past week. I had the great pleasure of working with William Thompson. Will was extremely helpful, kept me in the loop with regular communications, was always available for questions, and was very honest. He made it simple for me to get my repair handled. When you're stressed about a car issue what you really want is someone like Will - kind, thoughtful, thorough, patient, and there when you need him. G&C also seamlessly took care of everything with my insurance company after my initial claim was submitted. I didn't have to do anything after my initial claim. My insurance company was the one who recommended G&C Auto Body and I am glad they did. I had not heard of them before, and now I know they are a wonderful family-run business and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again to Will for all his help!”

“Always have good deals my company deals with them directly they have amazing staff the staff expectations are high and they're right on point bills a good man he has a lot of antiques and a lot of stuff in his place that will keep you occupied for months a real treasure Trove in Martinez California I want to go get some tires just to go see the the antique stuff that he has I would have took more pictures but I wanted to be respectful to him and his company and his antiques because you have to do business with him to come see this stuff it's very special I highly recommend it”

“I had an excellent experience with Jack's Auto in Concord. My BMW has been a bit neglected for a couple of years so it had a lot of things some small and some big that needed attention. Tom, the mechanic, kept me up-to-date on what was happening with the Blue Beauty. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was working properly. The cost was very reasonable. He was friendly and didn't make me feel dumb. I'll definitely be going back.”

“The shop owner of Pacheco Auto Car, Raj, is exceptional - from my first phone call to delivery on auto-care/repair, his customer service, experience, and expertise are top-notch. My daughter, now just 20 years old, found Raj when she was about 18 years old. Raj has repaired all of her car's issues and, is always at a fair price. Raj is kind, and accommodating and he does fantastic work. We just had our 1974 Chevy Suburban towed to Raj - it was all very last minute, but Raj was able to add our car to his list and enabled us to park our truck in his locked premises in the meantime. For us, Raj is just a quick 5 minutes away. If you are making a long drive, please know Raj and Pacheco Auto Care is well worth it!”

“I'm a bit disappointed to have to give RT a 4 star review as historically I have had good experiences with them. Their prices and selection tend to be very good, and I have had good service in the past.On my most recent visit a couple weeks ago (11/9), I purchased and had installed a set of 4 higher end tires (275/35/21). The price was very reasonable ($850 out the door), and they could install them right away. I walked down the street for some coffee, and the vehicle was ready when I came back. If my experience ended there, it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, that Sunday (11/12) I noticed the car was missing its lug caps on one of my wheels. I know they were present prior to the install as I had coincidentally taken a picture the day before they put the new tires on and the car was in the background where you can clearly see them (and who the heck would steal lug caps, especially off only one wheel). RT was closed as it was Sunday so I went the following Monday (11/13). When I went in, I asked the person at the front desk if they had any missing lug caps. He said their side had nothing to do with the installs as they just sold the tires so he sent me to the back. A young man came out and tried to help me, claiming they had just cleaned the shop and they hadn't seen any caps. He searched the back and checked a couple spots up front. He also had me check my spare tire and glove box, but no luck. He then took down my number telling me his manager would call me, but it's now been a week and a half with no callback. If they had found my lug caps, offered to replace them (we're talking less than $20 in parts), or even offered me like $15-20 in future credit, I wouldn't be docking them a star. Unfortunately they didn't even bother to call back so here we are. So bottom line is I still recommend RT, but make sure to double check their work and ensure you have all your lug caps!”

“I've been going here for years now and I've never had a bad experience. I'm writing this because they deserve 100 stars in my opinion. Today I walked in expecting to replace two tires . James walked up to me and treated me like family. He said, " you were just here in march , what's going on?" They checked the tread which is still good and instead of selling me tires I didn't need they pulled out the nails and patched me up. I was there 15 minutes and spent 40 bucks! They have integrity that is nearly impossible to find anymore. James, Tim and the entire staff will take care of you no matter what your budget, or tire needs are. I can't give a review good enough for them. I will always take my business to them”

“Spoke with Joe, he was extensive on explaining the intricacies to my situation and advised on what were the best options for me. He proved he was a real expert in this subject matter and offered a lot of insight unlike other shops I tried who ultimately just wanted to charge without explaining what for. Ultimately it was best to save the money and invest in a newer vehicle. Although I did not get work done here, I’m confident in their abilities and expertise and would absolutely use their services in a different scenario.”
