Went in to return with receipt for a toy that was defective, the two little girls working there informed us they could only do a even exchange for the same toy which we were thankful about because that's what my daughter just wanted was one not defective and broken. So the little girl hands us the new boxed toy and we day our (Thank You's & Good Bye's) and we left the store and had already walked away when one of the little girls ran out of store calling out to us and asked for the box back before I had a chance to respond she grabbed the box from my little girls hands that's when I grabbed it back and asked what the problem is, that's when she continued to try to tell me thay they can't do the exchange without the original box mind you at this point the exchange was already completed meaning the transaction was approved and fullfiled. This was the most embarrassing thing any establishment has ever done to us lol. I dismissed ourselves and walked that's when she yelled out that I was banned frpm her store lol. Mind you that doesn't hurt my feelings considering it's a store where everything is overpriced. I was nice enough to go back and give them the box from the new toy as a favor thens when she called me the b**** word. Quality customer service at its finest. They lost our business plus any friends and family that also visit

Best loungefly selection I have ever seen. There were at least 40 different designs and I had never seen the book style purse before.

Cute little store with lots of items for everyone!Very clean, well organized, and stocked- there's so much to look at! I was surprised they carried such a variety of items. My son found THE wallet he's been looking for by chance. We just happen to chance upon it when meeting up with another friend and her son. In mid conversation, he asked if we could purchase it and the line and service went smooth.

a really cool place if u want cool anime, sanrio, marvel/dc, pokemon, disney, or miscellaneous stuff. a lot of them is out of my budget, but it’s worth the price if u really like the stuff. i’d totally recommend it for birthday gifts or if u just want to buy something for urself just for fun

We love this store. Yhey have the best stuff. The new layout makes it a but difficult to see everything. The shelves are too high and it's hard to keep track of each other.

Really neat and cute store however a lot of the prices in the store are extremely overpriced for items that are either fakes of a real item or items that can be found simply at target down the street but for double the price here..An example would have been the other day i went inside with my girlfriend and we both love to walk around the store looking for cute anime items. But today i was looking at the pokemon cards because i don’t usually see any good sets here but today i saw a pokemon celebrations tin and they normally go for about as low as $35-40 but when i asked the price of the item, the lady told me $69??? I was like holy s***!!? Quite literally doubling the price of their pokemon stuff. I told her nicely no thankyou and walked back to my girlfriend.My girlfriend had found a small statue of an anime character we liked and i asked her how much it was and she told me $70… I was about to lose it with that as well because we previously has went to littletokyo before recently and had seen the same exact statue go for $25…I understand rent for a store in the collection must be hard to keep up with but this store sees so much volume that having your items insanely priced will just make people not wanna purchase from the store anymore and just buy elsewhere or online..Don’t rip off your local community..

Very nice store with tons of anime related merch as well as Disney and video game merch. The store is very small and very packed with many shelves so it may be hard to squeeze through some spots without bumping something over

This is a neat little pop culture store. Lots of Marvel, DC, Nightmare Before Christmas, Disney, and Anime. Worth the visit if you are in the area. Items range from jewelry and hand bags to Funko Pops, and pillows with everything in between.

When I was approaching the cashier to pay for my things I saw this pikachu light on display, I asked the girl that works there if they sold them. She proceeds to open a cabinet and grab a box and say yes we have it and told me the price. While I'm looking around at other items I see her grab the one on display, put it in a box and proceed to ring me up. I was a little confused because I asked if they had it in stock but I guess it was just the display one. I paid full price and when I opened it at home there's multiple scratches and scuffs as you can see in the picture. The remote that comes with it is also broken. I'm not sure why they would sell an item that is for one defective and secondly damaged.
