I recently visited the 2412 Saviers store which is ran by the one that runs 2693b and was helped by a employee named Denise purchased a car charger for iPhone that had a sticker which meant it was on sale went to go plug it in my car but it did not work so went back to the store and explained my situation to Denise who started giving me attitude and saying no refund sales final even though their receipt and store does not state that as a fact asked for management when Denise responded “I am the manager!” With a smirk asked for a full name which she gave me as Denise lucero and she didn’t care if complaints where put on her as I was leaving the store the other employee who was outside with flyers apologized and said it’s not worth putting complaint since she is very close with the owner I won’t be a returning customer not so “Team cricket ?” at this location what ever happened to the customer is always right!? Well be telling my family members to take their business somewhere else.

I am so disgusted by an associate that refused to help my mom last week. my mom wanted to see an iphone and the manager of the location denise said she would not open the phone to show us the way it looked because we did not look like we could afford it, denise if we cant afford it we would not be there in the first place! we have not learned our lesson as we have family members who have gotten ripped off by denise as well. Everything from her miserable attitude to adding a 5th line to a family members account without their consent, and even has added accesories without our knowledge and telling us they are free. I have no idea how this manager is still employed ! it blows my mind and i am in the process of further escalating this issue to corporate . do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION,. dont fall for the bs fake 5 star reviews that they themselves may be doing !

If i could give it 0 stars i would. The manager at this location (Denise) is a total rip off! she said that my phone came with a free accessory. A few days later i saw the receipt and noticed that she did charge me it!!!!(i didnt look at my receipt that day because i trusted her which was wrong of me) i didnt call but i wanted to make this review so people could see. Not only has she done this to me but has done it to my other family members. we are done with cricket because of HER!
