Horrible customer service kid wouldn't even listen to my needs. Start talking I get cut off then sent to a different person who was already helping someone else so to wait even longer oh yes didn't even mention the long wait because sometimes finding right auto part can take awhile at times. My very dislike is customer service my HATE is how they treat there employees when hurt on job no fault of there own. These companies need do better not only customers but employees as well.

Recently ran into some issues with the misses 2020 Telluride ...As always, you guys came through for us again with a quick diagnostics check! Took our suv to the dealership next day and they talked bad about y'all and how your scanners are just generic, and they almost refused us service with information we gave them.... Next morning the dealership called said exactly the same information given to us by O'Reilly... I continue to stand by O'Reilly!

Good overall. More variety than AutoZone and the location is more convenient. The price for specific items is relatively the same as AutoZone but sometimes with are better deals.

Great service. I was repainting my Lexus GS300 roof, and needed to touch up the bumper. They got me a product I needed in less than 12 hours. Nobody else could even figure out what I was talking about, let alone provide the correct item in record time!
