After 23 minutes on hold they make DMV look like a cake walk. Over 50% of the times I've been there they haven't had the products there website says they have and every time I've been in there they were more concerned with talking about life stories rather then getting on to the next customer in line.

Parking lot was empty. No customer inside. Old big dude at the counter acted like he didn’t see me walk through the door. Also didn’t even want to help, just point in the direction to the item.
