Friendly peeps. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Immediately took pictures for insurance, and proceeded to bend back some metal parts sticking out so no one would graze up against and get cut. This is even before we decided to make an actual appt to have them do the job. We of course signed up due to the extremely positive interaction with both the front desk assistant and the mechanic.

This is absolutely one of the best experiences I have had with any business.When I first took my vehicle to Excel, I was greeted by the owner, who was pleasant and answered every question I had in regards to my vehicle repair. He gave a time for me to bring it in, and gave me a time for when it would be completed. He came through with shining colors...pun intended!I highly recommend anyone with auto body issues to consider the drive to Oroville and give this very professionally run auto body shop a visit for repairs.It only took three days to complete.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Insurance repair from hitting an animal he didn't put all clips in the front wheel fenders he was supposed to call when part came in over a year ago still waiting now both fenders are in need of replacement due to lack of detail. Will never use them againService: Wheel alignment

Owners are not very nice people. They hate the motorcycle shop next store. One time the owners wife went into the motorcycle shop and yelled at a customer and the male owner call me a a****** the other day for no reason. Beware!
