Karen Richardson is such a phenomenal realtor, that I'm working with her, yet again, for a 3rd time. She worked with us for week to get our first amazing Lafayette home back in 2012. We were very picky and she was very patient and accommodating. When we remodeled in 2017, she helped us buy a smaller home to live in while our big renovation was going on. After the renovation was completed a year later, she was able to sell our smaller home for $156k over asking and $200,000 over what we paid for just a year before.
Now we are downsizing and I would use no one else to sell the dream home we created back in 2017. Will update this review after our home is sold. If you want honesty and quality service, I highly recommend working with Karen Richardson for your buying or selling needs. Whether you are first time buyer or seasoned, her real estate prowess will overdeliver on your needs. Happy Home buying or selling!

Kellianne with KRG helped us find and close on our first home this month. We wouldn't have had a chance if it weren't for her flexibility to meet with us on short notice and write an offer same day. Kellianne was a strategic part of the process and would highly recommend her.

Kellianne Rapoza with Karen Richardson Group is a diligent, organized, and responsive realtor. She helped us to find and purchase our home.My husband and I are expecting our first baby in June and we have been working with Kellianne to view houses without being sure if we were fully ready to buy given the current market. However, with Kellianne's help in finding listings that fit our requirements we found a house we loved at an open house and we decided to put in an offer. Kellianne wrote up a competitive offer quickly to meet the deadline and was in frequent communication with the seller's agent so we knew the status of our offer. We were in the top 3 offers out of 20 offers on the house but the sellers went with an offer with no contingencies. We were discouraged by the experience but Kellianne was ready the next weekend with another round of houses to look at. We found another house that we liked even more than the last one. This time, Kellianne again guided us to make a strong offer and it was accepted! Kellianne was very helpful in explaining and arranging the inspections and during the difficult negotiations with the sellers. We were able to come to an agreement. We are excited to move into our new home and raise our children in the lovely neighborhood. We couldn't have done it without Kellianne with Karen Richardson Group.

Karen is the relator that you wish would help a parent/sibling/loved one with the sale or purchase of a home. This was the case with my family and we feel so blessed and grateful to have had Karen's assistance. WIth a wonderful, upbeat, realistic, and results driven attitude, Karen helped with my family and I with things that I had no idea a realtor could assist with (including getting us an over asking cash offer). I have been involved with the sale/purchase of more than one home. I can say without a doubt that she has ruined me for other realtors. Thank you Karen!

Kellianne was a dream to work with and helped us secure the perfect home in the greatest neighborhood we could have wished for AND checked off all our boxes. We were luckily referred to Kellianne through close friends who also purchased their dream home through her. It has been the most competitive market here in the Bay Area and so we knew we needed a top tier realtor to help us out. Kellianne had great connections and knew a lot of the listing agents and could provide so much data and information pre-and-post viewings. She also is incredibly well organized and knew how to present great schedules for us (and somehow we kept on time!). We ultimately were able to get in an offer for what we wanted at a pricepoint that we all felt was such a great deal for us. We will be moving in this week and cannot say enough of Kellianne's praises. Her entire team is also so incredibly helpful - including Rick who assisted in some showings when Kellianne couldn't make it out. Thank you so much Rick! All in all - highly recommend using Kellianne if you want just the most down-to-Earth real estate purchase transaction and all the stress taken out of it as well. Thank you!!!

We could not be more pleased with our experience with the Karen Richardson Group! We worked with Caleb to sell our home in Walnut Creek and purchase our dream home in Alamo. It is thanks to Caleb that we were able sell our home over ask in less than five days. Caleb was also instrumental in securing our new home in an extremely competitive market. My wife and I started engaging with Kellianne as soon as February of this year and worked with her until our successful purchase of a home in July. Throughout the process Kellianne was exceptionally diligent, communicative, and knowledgeable. I was initially so heartbroken that I couldn't work directly with Kellianne and the Karen Richardson Group when my husband and I were searching for our first home, due to our geographic location (We are in very Northern California). I had heard so many great things about them and was looking forward to working with the group. Karen helped us buy our first house in Lafayette. We picked her as a buyer's agent based on her yelp reviews and emailed her. Within a week, we had an offer accepted on a house. I did not expect it to happen so fast. She listened to our feedback on her first few suggestions, and was able to line up some houses for us to see that fit our needs and our budget. When we saw one we liked, she hustled to get us the disclosures and stayed up late getting an offer in to preempt a planned open house the next day. Getting an offer accepted was just the start. Over the next few weeks she then guided us through the escrow process, the walkthroughs, and the back-and-forth over what goes, what stays, what gets fixed, etc. Karen got us in the right house for us fast, and held our hands every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Kellianne is a professional, patient, and knowledgeable realtor. My wife and I were new to the LAMORINDA area and wanted a realtor who knew the market well. We were lucky to find Kellianne on Compass and she worked tirelessly to find our dream home. She was always super responsive via email, phone and text at all hours of the day/night. Regarding offers, she was able to quickly turn around comp reports that were helpful in deciding how much to bid based on recent market data. We are in contract after a couple of years of aggressively looking for a house! Kellianne Rapoza has been with us through every step and new direction. We started in Danville, then to Pleasanton to finally land in Livermore! It's been a crazy ride with bidding wars to cool down/hopeful to outrageous bidding wars again! It's been an emotional rollercoaster with 4 offers the past year. She's been amazing with us! Her patience, honesty, thoroughness and all around great attitude has been everything to us in this process. Every time we would fail to win a bid, she would encourage us that it was coming! We've probably looked at about 100 homes with her. She's got this calmness to her that kept us grounded and feeling positive. She also never pressured or made us feel like we needed to bid more money than we were comfortable with paying. I highly recommend Kellianne, she's phenomenal!

It was a pleasure working with Karen in 2019 and with Caleb on 2020 purchasing two homes from them. Both experiences were absolutely fantastic. They're caring patient and professional. A year before I was Ready to buy a house, I told Karen that I'm just looking but I would like to get familiar with the area and Karen took me to multiple showings without any hesitation. That resulted in me making a very good choice a year later which I'm super happy about. In 2020 with Caleb it was a very difficult purchase with the bank during the Covid and Caleb was super patient and helped the deal close. He also negotiated a lot of things on behalf of me which I really appreciate.
