Never shopping there again!
My daughter bought a dress from there 4 days ago and I went back today to just get a smaller size. My daughter had removed the label and so the person I was dealing with would not exchange it. I explained that my daughter’s promotion ceremony is tomorrow and all I need is a smaller size. I’m not asking for a different type or return. The plastic piece was still attached but not the price tag. Wow. What a customer service! I asked her to check with someone else and she said she was the manager. Her name is Leslie. Wow, if this is how a manager deals with these situations, I’m disgusted. She was also rude and wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. She was an auto, kept repeating the same sentence if we can’t take it without a tag.
I told her you just lost a customer but she didn’t care. I hope the owner would see this.

This one is also a large store with great collection on Prom dresses. Gated trial rooms. There are a total of 6-7 of them. Store girls are quite helpful. No alterations facilities onsite and no offering in case if there is a defect however they will assist you to find a nearby location who may have similar dress of your choice..in fact, we did the same and counter girl helped us identified a nearby store where we found the dress. Thank you all for your help and advice.Free parking, it's the city mall area.

I was hesitant to come to here for a dress, but I was pleasantly surprised the staff here was so nice :) I enjoyed my time here and I was happy to get help from Elisa I believe. She answered all my questions and was very nice. They have a much bigger selection than the Windsor at the Irvine Spectrum!! 10/10 recommend this Windsor from my experience :)

I went to the Windsor at Main place and the service was terrible. One of managers at that location was rude to her employees and refused to help me. She made me feel discriminated and uncomfortable. I came to this Windsor in hopes I would find the same dress. That's when Destiny one of the employees at Orange location assisted me. She is absolutely amazing. She took her time and answered all the questions I had. She offered me great costumer service. The store was very busy but she was still able to manage all the chaos, while still assisting me. She was able to find my dress I came for. Her and the manager Heidi are great rolls for this company and I hope to see more like them after the way the manager at the Main Place mall treated me.

They have a good selection of formal dresses but not too much for girls that are size 12 on up.Just a fyi.

None & Melissa helped me out so much today! I was extremely happy that the process was so easy from start to finish in finding the perfect dress! Thank you None for your hard work and kindness in getting a fitting room set up right away. When I asked for a shoe size and style they were able to get it right away from the back and provide it for me!! Thank you so much for your sense of urgency and efficiency None and Melissa!

We had a great experience buying a prom dress for our daughter - From the several phone calls to visiting the store a couple of times. Every time I called the salesgirls were very prompt to answer, very polite, and helpful. We went to try on dresses. Elisa, Jillian, and Zoe provided exceptional service! They were very attentive, went above and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect dress. Thank you so much!!

Woooo!!! My all time favorite location for dresses pants, blazers and cute outfits periodt! I specifically love this location because not only is it organized but the staff is super friendly and helpful when having questions :) I recently purchased a couple items online unfortunately 1 didn't fit so I went into this location to have it exchanged for another one or something different. One of the girl's there was super nice and helped me right away with my exchange. The greatest part of this in store visit was that I was able to find the Adora Formal Sequin midi dress in my size since I had looked online and it was sold out :D so it was definitely meant to be for me to have it!

I just wanna say thank you to both gentlemen (I believe their names are Noel and Angel) that helped me out yesterday while I was shopping for dresses. Both of them had positive attitudes and it felt good to ask someone for help and advice without feeling like I'm bothering them. I can definitely say the customer service is better from the gentlemen than the female workers there...besides Andrea, I like her too

Cool clothes and all but currently as of 10/17/22, their closing time is wrong, says 9pm, but got there at 8 and it was already closed ☹️
