As many times as this particular Walmart store has made me want to SCREAM, today I feel that I need to say something about it. I truly hope that someone hears my small voice and makes some changes. Albeit "my high expectations" lol and me being a "loyal Walmart "shopper and defender" they could care less, I know this, but I just gotta say something...... My complaint is with their "Money Services" and how they handle or don't handle Walmarts MoneyCard transactions or what they call ¿MoneyServices? I have had one of these MoneyCards for years and up until recently it has been nearly impossible to put money on it, or re load it , or use Walmarts rapid reload app..... Walmarts website says I can reload at any Walmart at ANY register pay a fee $3, boom money reloaded and can be used in 10 mins. Or don't pay a fee use the app....... "it's so easy and the best way to reload your MoneyCard"..... yeah not so much.... now you would think that this money grubbing conglomerate would have no problem whatsoever taking my cash and put it on my MoneyCard charge me whatever THEY think is fair (I have no problem paying their fees) I pay their fees quietly for transactions that are -per Walmart... free.... and the boneheads in the MoneyServices dept of this location constantly charge me..... fine.... I'm paying for the "convenience" they offer of not having to have a bank account.... but in the past year or so this locations MoneyServices dept is either out of service or their computers are broken or their systems are down or "sorry we don't do that [cash my paycheck] at this location" whaaaaaaat ? I be been doing this for like 6 years every 2 weeks at this location.... They close their lines whenever they want, line or no line, and they have no idea when they open or close...... Tonight I was actually told by the store manager to go to the MoneyServices line to reload my card, I had to let him know that money services line has been closed for hours now and he literally ignored me turned his head and looked the other way like a 4 year old when I asked him if there was any other way I could reload my card..... I thought at first mabey he didn't hear me so I stood there looking at him and nope I was right he was trying to hide from me as if he was thinking If I can't see her mabey she doesn't see me ...... his eyes all closed tightly .... THE MANAGER.... I feel so stupid for relying on Walmart for anything. Their own employees don't back up their own....they say the Walmarts websites are always wrong... and they get paid to say this!?!?!?! I give myself 1 star for being an idiot and actually expecting Walmart to do what they promise their customers.... how do they continue to grow? They just lost a good idiot customer who spent way too much money here..... a real stupid one, who, if they didn't get in their own way, would of have gotten another 10's of thousands of dollars out of..... with a smile on my face. Never again Walmart : you can take your ass and shove it up your ass. I will go out of my way to avoid anything Wal like the plague that they are. Ha ha fuckers!

My daughter and I went In to go get some fabric to do a holiday project , we found the fabric and wanted to have a person to cut the amount we needed , but little did we know that we had to push a red button for assistance ;well after waiting for 15 mins. I went looking for a employee to help us out to locate someone to assist us. Well after a gentlemen came over and stated he would be with us once he found a scanner and some other Gadget. Well after waiting about 10 more mins. We see the same gentleman pushing a lift towards the back of the store. Well my daughter asked him are you going to help us and he stated no that is not my department and I can not do that job. Well my daughter stated to him that would have been nice to know from the beginning; well I guess JoAnn Fabric is now getting our business for now on when it comes to craft projects. I would highly recommend train your staff to be very well rounded in all departments not just one.

The store is run with precision and clean. The problem comes with handicap services, particularly electric mobility carts. There are no available most of the time. The store usually only has one cart working. The manager told me they have been mostly stolen. This store needs to take action NOW to correct this deficiency. A large segment of there revenue comes from retired and physically challenged patrons.

This Walmart is, well Walmart. Except when the manager is watching the exit. She's convinced that everyone leaving has shop lifted something and will poke through all your bags, even ones brought in from another store in the mall and demand to see that receipt too. Outside of her, the people who work there are the typical customer service team members. Ask them where something is, they will give a generic answer that leads most people on an adventure to everywhere but where but where the things are they were searching out in the first place. But the store is clean, for the most part well stocked and organized. So be prepared to show your receipt on the way out and have your privacy invaded as they poke through your purchases making sure you are not doing anything illegal.

Every time I place a pick up order they say something is not in stock but they were just too lazy to look for it. Then I have to still go in the store and get it myself.

I guess this place is hard up for employees ? First got I accused of stealing because the associate couldn't count, then I try to pick up an order and get hung up on after the girl answers the phone" Uhm, hello?", call back and same girl answers and asks "what is it?"....I guess you get what you pay for, Walmart?

Bought a Christmas tree the box states the tree is 7.5ft with white lights. What we actually got a 5ft tree with colorful lights. Don't recommend this store at all. Please open up the box at the store before purchasing.

Giving 2 stars cuz the younger employees actually care about helping out. Older Scowling blond hair lady in toys, sporting goods, Halloween section did not want to help find a price on an item...she was angry at something...actually cut off a younger employee that wanted to help me...Scowling lady told me to go ask George in Halloween section. Found George and George had a look on his face like why are u bothering me...I walked away I just couldn't handle the nastiness of this dim bulb...Found a young man in self check that said no problem sir...let me help...so old scowling lady and George go get a job where u dont deal with customers...younger employees that wanted to help thumbs up...Walmart these nasty old angry employees are why u r the butt of so many jokes...the George's and mean old scowling lady need to go!

I been here a few times but i notice things are not restocked The customer service is terrible at this store. My cousin use to work at this particular store years ago. He ended up getting his degree and now has a way better job/ career. But he told me if i ever buy towels please wash them before using. He never said why but it makes sense cause people put their hands on them. But it seemed like it was another reason he would not say. Maybe how things are in back before their put in isle. Not sure. But after my cousin stopped working there he never wanted to shop there after that.

When I go shopping, I don't want to see people walking their dogs in the store. It's illegal, for health reasons. People buy food here. Dogs carry the Corona Virus. I've had a dog, in a different store, attack the leg brace I was wearing. Lately, I carry a defensive weapon when I go shopping.

Don't and I repeat don't do order pick up, or waste your time at this Walmart. I made a order pickup, arrived and checked in to my parking spot. 20mins later no one has showed up. Tried calling the store and no one would answer the phone. 40 mins later still nothing and still no one will answer the phone. I should have just went to Target, They get to your car within 2 mins and will actually answer their phone. This Walmart is awful and so is the customer service line.
