My Anthem Blue Cross Insurance provides $ 50.00 each month that I can spend at either Walmart or Albertson's each month. If I don't spend it, the $50.00 is lost. I don't like nearest Albertson's since it used to be Lucky's & is not the best place to shop. I usually go to Walmart on Tustin Blvd in Orange to Purchase Chicken breasts, sometimes other meats, sometimes a can or 2 of soup or a little jar or 2 of seasoning. It is almost the end of the END of the MONTH. I stopped Walmart to spend the $50.00 for this month. & pick up some other needed things. Thankfully, unlike some other elderly very disabled widows, I do have another credit card that I can use for food. When I went to check out the Credit Card reader would not accept benefit card from my insurance company. The cashier tried it several times, & it would not work. On arriving home, I called the phone # on the card & customer service said that there was no indication that an attempt had been made to use it this month. What if I did NOT have other funds available? I tried MULTIPLE TIMES to reach a Supervisor at This Walmart to discuss the problem. Each time, either no one answered the phone or the person who did answer just hung up. Walmart needs to deal with their card readers. I called the phone # on my regular insurance card & filed a grievance. When our Insurance provides funds each month for us to purchase food, we should be able to purchase the food at the stores where they say we can go using the card that they provide for us. In this case it is the Walmart on Tustin in Orange.

Staff were very kind caring friendly and so nice and helped me with my purchase thanks to the cashier. For her help regarding my purchase of fabric, the card reader could not read my credit card very well and we tried my credit card several times did not work to my shocking eyes and then my husband used his card and paid but I was so shocked and will go to bank to check why ??? Anyhow store was not that organized but staff were so kind and helpful and caring , overall I got what I needed at home and thank God and praise Lord Jesus and thank you Mother Mary. For today ... as each day has its own drama these days ,,,,

Should I have given it 1 Star....I mean it is Walmart, so the bar is set pretty low to begin with. The last couple times I have been to this location I see that the Garden Center entrance is open. So to avoid the trainwreck that is the front entrance I often take the alternative. See 2 Walmart employees as I enter. Go about my shopping and come back through the garden center to check out......"Lane Closed". WTF??? Why have this entrance open if I cannot exit there when I finish my shopping?Instead I have to deal with the horrible layout/lines/self checkout debacle at the front entrance, to only have to walk all the way back through the parking lot to get back to where I parked over by the garden center. All the other Walmart's I have been to always have a cashier out there.

They have the worst customer serviceYou shouldn't ask a customer to come tomorrow for a refund that is rude.Regardless of the situation treat your loyal customers with respect as you would expect the same.Your going to lose customers with your bad attitude Zero respect.

I go to this Walmart very often, sometimes 2-3x a week and I felt the need to give a honest, thoughtful review. I find so many customers yelling and degrading the employees for things they have no control over. Especially the "check the receipt" aspect while your leaving. And I agree, it's somewhat silly and unnecessary but it doesn't have anything to do with the people checking receipts. They are simply doing their job like the rest of us do, and I find most of the workers to be doing their best, but they don't have enough staffed on the registers but I would assume that's a management issue. Dressing rooms are usually closed even during day time, I assumed it may have been a Covid thing but apparently not.The one thing I appreciate it is at this location I'm not followed by staff/secret shoppers. Maybe it's my tattoos or what not but other locations do this often and makes for an uncomfortable experience, although I do understand they are doing their job. But the most important part !, there used to be an officer who worked there (usually standing near the front doors) in uniform and was so incredibly awesome! We were even on a first name basis . I heard he is currently not working there anymore but if Walmart is reading this and they want to possibly take my review into consideration- the handsome bald cop was a true gentleman and overall great guy in the short interactions I had with him. I'm sure he wouldn't want to be back working but I sure wish he was!! & Kristina says hi

Found some things. Decent prices. However, the employees around apparel are rude and uninterested in assisting customers. Especially at the changing room. The changing room is my biggest grievance with this Walmart. It is NEVER open when I shop there for new clothes. And also. I noticed the cashier stations, as well as the conveyor belts, were unacceptably dirty with filth that I did not even want to put my merchandise on there. So I went to the self check out.The employees there were actually nicer. Needed help a couple of times when one of my shirts had no tag and the employee there helped us out no problem. And when I try to void one of the items I had changed my mind with. Another employee helped me out on that.So the self checkout was a better experience. My main grievance is that the changing rooms are never open at a convenient time. Very inconvenient when wanted to try on multiple things. There needs to be a better system, policy, or procedure when it comes to managing and operating the changing rooms. Very unacceptable.

The website prices never match the store prices for the same items, a lot of times event the prices on the shelf dont match what it rings up for. Never been a problem before, because they would always match it.However, its kinda lame when you grab a wiper blade that says its $9 and when you ring it up it says $10 or $11. I dont think its an error, I think they do it on purpose hoping you dont notice. If you are in the middle of checking out are you going to drag your ass all the way back to where you were shopping and grab something different? Probably not. They probably only expect really stubborn people to do something like that and figure they can make a couple extra bucks off customers who dont notice or care. Lame. Now, they dont match prices to the website, which means nothing you see on Walmart.com is accurate so in order to price shop, you have to...call? In 2023? Are you for real?Bait and switch.

(Translated by Google) Because they lock the products, there is a button to call, but there is no one to attend. It's desperate.(Original)Porque ponen bajo llave los productos, hay un botón para llamar, pero no hay nadie para atender. Es desesperante.

Had a slight issue with picking up an order today nothing major, things happen. JUILET was amazing she came in and remembered picking our order the day before. she was so kind and helpful and when I tried to compensate her for her hard work and efforts she graciously turned it down following company policy. She truly cares and it was appreciated!

I shop this Walmart Elise once a week. It is extremely busy Walmart. Most of the time they only have the self check out open. But the team they've got at the self check out are always very friendly and very helpful. The young lady that waited well didn't wait on me but she help me this morning at self check out so I could learn how to properly ring up my produce she was just a really sharp individual.

The dressing room policy is now apparently only one room out of five is available for customer use. The managers of this store are @$$ holes for this. They would rather have five people waiting outside in line for the dressing room and have five times as many people use one dressing room with no cleaning in between then allow two or three rooms to be open and accommodate customers. Literally heard an employee say that her supervisors expect most people will just walk away and buy their clothes and return them later if they don't fit. This store is run by selfish jerks.
