Arrived half an hour before closing and requested to try on one shirt before purchasing. I was treated like a child and was barked out by a member of staff and was reminded multiple times that the store was closing in 15mins. When paying the staff member was also laughing with another member of staff whilst completing my transaction.Very unprofessional.

TH is looking is appeal. Basic Polo shirts are the only things you can buy. The rest has horrible outdated style.

I bought a lot of nice stuff in this store. Very kind staff. Unfortunately it is time ti say good bye. Hilfiger stopped making shirts with pockets, my favorites.

This is the most horrific store in this area with the worst possible service and rudest staff I have ever seen in my entire life. I drove 35 min to buy some shirts in this place and was not sure which size fits me perfectly and decided to put try them on and then decide but it turned out that the fitting rooms were closed. The staff basically told me it is my problem that their fitting room is closed. I will never ever try this store and highly recommend you should forget about this store as well

I was looking to purchase a jacket and asked the store associate Janelle for help. She was friendly and pointed me in the right direction. I ended up purchasing one from store associate Xavier, he was very professional. Overall good experience.

I came here last week to look for something for my dad (getting my Christmas shopping done early lol) and a very nice associate helped me out. I believe her name was Janelle! She was very kind and patient. Thank you Janelle :-) You made my experience so very pleasant. This girl deserves a raise!

Andrew is such a rude manager. I was refused entry at 7:57 on a Saturday night while there was one family in line claiming he has the right to do what’s best for the business. No apology!I was trying to return one polo shirt but will be back tomorrow to return all clothes purchased in the last 30 days.I will never shop at Tommy again!

Your staff are too lazy to open the fitting room obviously, saying it is closed and your return policy is 90 days...what a pathetic approach to your clients !!! All other stores have their fitting room open expect you. This is so unprofessional.

Most outlet stores are hit and miss, especially if it's really a good deal or not. 30-40% off can be a regular sale at Macy's, especially if Macy's may have already marked it down. You also have to be careful as some items are NOT on a sale since, or buy 1, get one 1/2 off, which is only a 25% discount. Depending on when you shop, you can usually find most sizes which is better than some outlet stores. It is usually very clean inside and the employees can be helpful if asked, but not always.
