Had a great experience last week here at this location. My cashier was extra helpful with walking me through how to apply an additional discount on an item I purchased using their app. That was very much appreciated. Other store associates were friendly and helpful as well during my visit. Got a great a nice shirt for a great price with the help of some good people. Thanks.

First of all, I love Target. I could come to a store every day. But this location, I have honestly had enough with. Every time I come, there are empty shelves everywhere, things in need of restock, and always missing certain products. Yet I always see employees restocking or putting stuff on the shelves. Does anyone do anything about this?! Seriously this is one of the worst locations for this- and it's been this way for quite awhile. Beauty products, paper goods, energy drinks, empty dairy fridges, etc. I plan to start going to another location because I'm so sick of constantly not being able to find a lot of what I need. And this is weekly. Come on Orange Target, get your act together. Someone needs to take notice. I know I'm not the only one.

My wife had mistakenly ordered items for drive up pick up and sent me to the wrong location. As I was patiently waiting for my order, multiple employees dropped off to nearby cars but never approached me about my order. After waiting over 30 minutes. Finally, another order drop off employee by the name of Nate saw me looking at my phone trying to figure out what was going on and approached me. He looked at the order list and realize that there was no order in queue for me and suggested that I check to make sure I had the right pick up location. Hold and behold I realized my mistake and I thanked Nate for the help. I proceeded to go inside to pick up the medicine for my child and there were two items that simply I could not find. I asked multiple employees for help and kept on getting directed to other areas or being told they were simply out of stock. I used the target app to help me find and check the stock. Both items had plenty in stock and nowhere on the shelves could I find where they were even place that would suggest that they were out of stock. Not wanting to give up I continue to search regardless of the bad directions the other employees gave me. But fortunately I ran into Nate again and he looked at the app and proceeded to help me find these items Even when all other employees gave up or didn't even try. This review gets five stars because of this one individual by the name of Nate! Thank you for actually helping!

I hate this store. Won't price match with Amazon because the item is prime eligible. This is the ONLY target in the US that I have been to that doesn't understand what Amazon Prime is. If the item is Amazon prime eligible it mean free shipping, it can be part of a subscribe and save option or there can be coupons. Unless it's from a third party almost EVERYTHING says prime in front of the item on Amazon. Also if you want to price match you have to go stand in line at guest services because for whatever reason they are unable to supply their checkers with price match tools. I hate this place and their management. I think they are shady and don't understand how one single Target has completely different polices than every other Target in the country.

I am giving this location five stars because of Hayden. Hes so nice and saved me money by fixing my gift card he has the magic touch give him a RAISE!!!

Came to this target since it's one of the closest to us. The parking could be hectic during weekends. The area is not the greatest in Orange; I saw a couple homeless hung out at this location. I think one even peed/pooed at the store because he left some marks on the floor and he was stinky when weakling by. I am not sure why no staff asked him to leave because it's disturbing for other customers.

This store's staff is so friendly and helpful. Talked with the manager Matt, he was very welcoming and helped us find everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

This is a small whole food market in Santa Monica. As usual, they always provide fresh and organic foods. I like their meat department, the guy was very nice and helpful in assisting us with the meat. Thumbs up for this. This location has more protein bars than others.

I hate leaving bad reviews during the pandemic but this is a big corporate do they're able to handle this. You need to train your people better. They're so racist and bluntly about it. Just checking out minding my business and I see her helping another customer and she comes running to me telling me to scan all of my items, I was doing two separate transactions cause I had my friend with me and she makes me show her everything that I had in my bag and on the receipt. Not only did she embarrassed herself she embarrassed me. How come out of everyone checking out I was the one that was outcasted, everyone checking out was white except me. I'm Latina with my Philippine friend. I'm always shopping here but fuck you target I rather pay more at a mom and pop shop where I know I'll be treated with respect.

Busy busy location and area with all the shops/restaurants nearby but my wife and I love this Target.
We came and got a lot of different Christmas decorations for our home and they had lots of options and different 'cute-sy' things to choose from. It's our first Christmas living together/married so we had so much fun picking whatever we wanted.
Always love Target and they rarely disappoint. Friendly staff pointed us in the right direction and the cashiers were great as well.
Definitely recommend for all things Christmas / home décor, and so much more!

Target is usually my go-to's for getting supplies. The staff are pretty nice and they have great service usually. The place is somewhat clean, sometimes I see dirty stuff on the isles (which kinda grosses me out). I like how they put a sanitizer station at the entrance and inside the store! Would recommend.

This Target have the most incompetent manager. Her name is Jazz. If I could give zero star I would.
She refused to accept rebate checks although nowhere on the check that says only 1 per purchase per day but she claimed it is. When asked if she can show me where it says so that it's 1 per day on the rebate check she couldn't and now claim it's store policy. So I asked her where in writing is this store policy or did she made it up? She couldn't show me either. Apparently it just is because she said so. This girl is on a power trip and needs major retraining, or better yet just fired.
I called corporate guest relation right then and there in store and the person tried to tell her she should be able to run multiple transactions for the rebate but she refused and said no it's her store's policy that they can't. I asked her again where this policy is written and to show me or is she making up? Whatever the corporate guest relation person suggests that she can do to make it work she absolutely refused to. Quite frankly this doesn't look good on Target as a company to even allow such a staff to do such thing. Corporate asked if we can call someone higher up to deal with the situation and Jazz said she's the highest in that store there already. There's no one higher than her at the moment. At this point the poor person over the phone couldn't even do much else and said herhands are tied as she's not there in person and can't superseded Jazz remotely. Back and forth Jazz gave in and said ok she can run 2 rebate checks. well she couldn't even do that!! and said sorry system is not taking it and giving her an error but the system already marked up my rebate check... so it's considered as used now. I asked her so what's she going to do about it because she marked up two of my rebate checks as used when it wasn't and how is she going to fix it. Her ans.. "well you can give me your other ones and I can try those." so she can do the exact same thing and Mark it all up as used for nothing, I don't think so! What a freaken joke. No apologies, no resolutions, nothing!! So not only was I not able to purchase formulas for my kid, I actually lost money because of her ruining my rebate checks.
Luckily, I still had corporate guest relation on the line and asked her to document the entire incident. Corporate guest relation even said we need to find someone higher up than her to handle the issue (because obviously this so called "manager" is so competent) and have the regional manager call me back.
If this is how managers at this store are, no wondering it have such bad reviews.
I went to a different target and the manager there actually knows what she's doing and informed me that Target just upgraded their system and they are still working out kinks with certain functions and entered the check manually. Guess what else, they also run separate transactions for each rebate checks because they read the thing and does what it says in writing vs enforcing made up policies and ruining people's checks then does nothing about it.
I called back to corporate to file a formal complaint on this store and on this individual. They had to apologized and send credit to make up for her ruining my rebate checks and promised to make sure the situation is looked into as it should have never happened. By keeping staff like her around not only will you lose customers but you will also cost the company unnecessary $$ to compensate for her incompetence.

This location left old coupons up for promotions (i.e. buy 3, get a $5 gift card) that were expired. I planned accordingly and bought the promoted brands. The items did not ring up right and the lady made me walk to the back of the store to check it and then still didn't honor the price.
