I stopped in to buy white shoelaces. I was greeted by a girl who asked me to leave my backpack at the front counter. That would be a hell NO! I told her I was here to buy shoelaces that are behind the cash register. Within seconds I left pretty mad. First of all, not everyone that walks in this store is there to steal! Note to the owner of this store....train your employees better! Possibly have more than one employee working at a time. One to help customers and one to ring up customers. If I had listened to this girl and left my backpack at the front counter and one of your customers walked offed with it or one of your employees stole something out of it. It's a BIG LIABILITY on your part. I will NEVER SHOP at your store again. Reading a lot of other yelp reviews it a wonder you are still in business.

Purchased non slip work shoes for 70 dollars, well they weren't non slip. They suck! Tried to return them because not only were they not non slip they gave me blisters on my heels, well they wldnt even exchange them 4 another pair. Girl at front fcking rude as hell, told me to call customer service. Called customer service 3 xs never returned my call. This place is b******** go any where else to buy ur shoes even walmart has better shoes then this place, for half the price. Completely over priced, n over rated. the quality of the shoes are s**** just like the employees customer service skills...thts y they got jobs working here! I can see why they only have a 2 star rating not surprised at all. Paaasssss

I left my phone at Shoe City and I called to ask if my phone was still there. The employee I spoke to found my phone and she kept it safe for me until I got there. Thank you for helping me out.

Never have my kids size shoes 3y and when asked do they have anything else in stock they say no they are not helpful they don't help you when you walk in the door they just look at you. I've been coming there for years just the service has been going down and down

They dont have a lot of brands also not a huge selection thats why i gave it 3 stars but i found some nice new balance shoes and they do have a decent selection of work shoes which i bought here and employees are friendly

Browse a bit. Couldnt find anything my size and no one around to assist. Left and the door alarm activated. Nothing but my cell phone keys in my back pocket. Man from the back office out yelling "Whatcha Got!" My daughter answers "Nothing" both empty handed and show our hands. Kept following. Faulty door alarm lousy customer service and humiliate customers! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
