Been going to this location for years but can’t stand the service I receive from Tammy the manager. Every time I have the misfortune of having her ring up my shoes she always has the nastiest attitude. It seems everything a customer does is so inconvenient for her. I’m usually in and out of the store quick since I know which shoes I want however this one day I came in for an exchange for a pair I had bought for my mom. Tammy for no reason at all told me I couldn’t exchange them and absolutely would not give me a reason why. The shoes were unworn, I had the receipt, and it’s only been a week since I bought them. We went back and forth a little bit but then she left to go do something else just leaving me hanging. Safe to say I’ll never be returning. It’s such a shame since I’ve been coming here for so long and would often recommend their shoes to my orthopedic patients. It’s insane that I would have to warn them about the manger before going in but it’s not worth it anymore. Most of my patients are older and I already know Tammy would not be able to accommodate them in a friendly manner. Times I come in and Tammy isn’t there is always fine however, I’ve had to interact with her horrible attitude far too many times and this was my last straw. She represents the company so poorly I cannot bring myself to support them any further. It’s unfortunate that she also works at the Santa Ana location and I could not escape from her awful customer service by going to a different location.

I come here when I need well-made shoes that are going to last a long time. With that said, I don't come here very often. Today, I went looking for boots. And I was not disappointed. I found two styles that were really nice. I was the only one in the store and the staff there was very accommodating. They checked my foot size. They assisted with putting the shoes on and off. They went into the back and got the right size for me and were able to order the correct size and color of style that I wanted. I find their customer service excellent. I know others here have said the staff has been rude. I did not have that experience.

I went to return or exchange a pair of sandals from an online purchase and they called Tammy the manager who screamed at me over the phone that I could only get a gift card. Rudest person ever I gave the phone back to the employee since Tammy didn't want to hear me out. F Tammy and not the first problem I had there. Just Buy online and return online. Tammy I hope you get treated like you treated me! You suck!!

Every thing is nice except that lady working there she can’t speak English very well and I can’t understand what she is saying I hope the manager or the owner just hired someone can speak good English and she can be there for Hispanic customers..

Excellent customer service at the store that provides the best quality shoes for people working on their feet for long hours. I visited SAS in Orange, CA yesterday to check out their shoe selection. I was assisted by Jackie and am extremely happy with my purchase. Jackie was very helpful in determining my shoe size and listening to my concerns regarding comfortable shoes. It is refreshing to have a salesperson who is knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to interact with. I had never visited a SAS shoe store before and am glad that I did.

We were there last week to get my husband a new pair of shoes. Great service, they even gave us a discount for my husband's birthday a few months ago, without a coupon! My husband's old pair were badly used, and they helped him get the correct size this time so the same damage -- from an incorrect size -- won't happen again. We'll go there again, not only because it's convenient to our home, but because of the very competent employees and the very good product.

Wonderful staff and they'll answer any questions you might have. They didn't have a pair of shoes and they ordered them to be delivered to the store for me. Very easy process and was able to pick them up in 10 days.
