The only person who is even remotely helpful is the trans girl. The other employees won't even stop having their personal conversation to say hi or ask if you need help w/ anything. I'm licensed but I feel bad for the average person who isn't & needs some help or tips on what to buy. Not everyone is comfortable interrupting a personal conversation or asking for help so it matters a great deal to engage with them & offer. I ordered the 2 hr delivery recently when I found myself ready to bleach my hair & had no bleach. I waited about 45 mins with no update or confo & then called & the girl who answered said "delivery"??? Like ZERO clue. I asked if she wanted my order number & she said no I have it. Huh? I asked if she could give me a timeframe & she said we're really busy so we don't have time to do yours right now. I said that's okay thanks but I was pissed at her tone. I did get the delivery though so okay but seriously who is running this place? I just can't believe with all of the terrible reviews that nothing at this store EVER changes.

Went to this location at 11AM on Saturday. Their hours posted in front of the store say they open at 10AM on Saturday’s. They were closed. Very very frustrated

What a waste of time. Close when they feel like it. Not open posted store hours. Call ahead or go to a different location

Negative stars the lady who is here most the time is so rude and thinks she knows all she says is bleach your hair which I did last time because she suggested that I bleach my hair and it fried I only had the bleach on there for 25 minutes and I had to ultimately cut all my hair off because she suggested that I bleach my hair, she is very cold And not friendly most Sally's employees are very helpful she is not at all, and the last time I was here the girl working didn't even have a clue as to anything in hair care. I will not be back here. This location is horrible. I had other items I needed to buy as well and I didn't even wanna look because her attitude just made the whole shopping experience horrible I didn't even want to be in the presence of her in the store.

I came in today to get a product in which I can possibly go back to blonde. Previously I had been blond but dyed my hair light brown. If not I was gonna go with black. I came in and no one asked me if I needed help ??.. Anyways I asked a tall blue eyed pretty blond female worker if she knew any product that could help and she said that she didn't know much but she was gonna ask another tall lady with blond hair and blond eyebrows that works here. However the lady was busy attending someone else in which I waited patiently to speak to. Eventually the chick never asked her so I asked her if I should ask her myself. She had forgotten? She went to look for her and the lady went to the restroom. Overhearing Another worker with brown hair and like THREE blond strands, red checkered pattern leggings ugly a** Mexican female girlll bye XD (p.s. I'm Mexican too ) asked if we needed help and I didn't want to talk to her strictly because the other lady had full blond hair. But I explained to her politely and sis kept looking at me legit up and down at my body with the worst attitude I'm telling your the WORST ATTITUDE AND She was so bothered or seemed so offended and said that I have to re bleach it explaining that my hair was very damaged continues to explain that I need to buy a repairing product . Of course that's not what I was asking she had the worst attitude I kept saying thank you in a angry matter because she proceeded to explain to my mom that my hair is very damaged continuing with a gesture. I am very annoyed especially because she had such a bad attitude and kept looking at me up and down judging me! Improve your customer service whatever your name is lady ! Stop hating!!!

had the worst experience from and employee. I'm Disgusted. She's young Latina pregnant. She wouldn't give me her name. Sue didn't say hello, thank you or have a nice day. She was slow. She also gave someone wrong instructions on a product that can harm her hair. She doesn't know what she's doing. Ok so mad she ruined my day.

If there was an option to give zero stars i would do it . I attempted to come in today Dec. 29 2021 between 2:30pm-2:50pm and I was not aware that they were supposedly closed. There was a girl worker that was leaving the door open, made eye contact with me and saw i was walking up. It turns out she was leaving the door open for a janitor . Instead of being a normal person and utilizing basic customer service skills to inform me politely that the store was closed, she slams the door in my face without so much as a "hello" or "im sorry". She has brown eyes and brown hair. She came off as arrogant and rude .

The staff was wonderful. I had dyed my hair rather poorly and they had products to remove excess dye on my face. Kind staff and lots of inventory!

There is absolutely no customer service at this location... walked in here on 7/19/21 and when I walked in I said hello and the two associates that were there didn't even respond when they're the ones that should say "hello welcome"... I was the only person in the store and no one asked if I needed assistance with anything when I was trying to look around and find a developer that looks like they were out of stock on. When I went to pay I waited to be called and the girl said "are you ready?" I think staff needs to be trained to be well mannered and have better etiquette. I will not ever return back to this location and I will just stick to going to that location in Anaheim where they are a lot more friendly.

Nothing terribly fancy but they've got it all. I'm not a professional but i bleach my own hair platinum. Love the access to professional products at reasonable prices. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Found the hair dye I needed. Friendly staff. Not too crowded. Easy to find and in a nice shopping center.
