The worst customer service I've ever experienced I did an online order and I received 2 of 3 items and after 5 calls and waiting for 20 days nothing happened they didn't refund my money or send the missing item. I will never shop there again they are thieves

I purchased a pair of shoes and I didn't notice one of them was missing a part where the shoelaces are. I asked for an exchange or a discount but the person in charge of the shift told me that unfortunately there was nothing to do since the shoes were missing the tags/label already. As a loyal customer, I didn't feel value and she didn't believe me that they were like that when I purchased them. She was very rude and unprofessional. I can't believe she gets to be a store supervisor.

Accessible pricing for high end goods. Lots of items from the saks store as well as items made for outlet. Good price point. Nice saks outlet store to bargain hunt at since there’s actual designer items that are on sale.

I wanted to return a dress that i got and two of the employees gave a big deal about a flaw on the dress, and gave me a hard time about returning the dress. In other words, they were rude and unhelpful.

Truly awful experience with this company. I purchased tree items online and was sent two. There were literally two items in the box and they called me a liar and told me that there are no issues on their end and they have sent me tree items. The manager on their side named “Cristell Dianne Ceniza” literally called me a lair multiple times and said I’m not providing the right info and I should call the police for missing packages even though I wasn’t missing packages and issue was a missing item.
