I bought a pair of boots costing $250 and they told me I could have them resouled but when I took them in they said I let them get to far destroyed and they couldn't fix them nobody told me when I needed to bring them back before they got like they are I will never go to this shoe chain again. Very sad

It pains me to leave a bad review of a store where I'm literally the third generation to buy boots from this particular store, however my last two experiences here have been unsatisfactory. The boots I wanted were out of stock and apparently cannot be ordered, despite the fact that they are listed on Red Wing's corporate site. Instead it was suggested I buy sonetbing they had in-stock. I work with high-voltage and have very specific requirements for my boots which my job requires and the boots which they had in-stock didn't meet those requirements. I ended-up getting the boots I needed from the Red Wing store in Brea.
