Honest, professional, and trustworthy. Took my 2019 BMW M5 in thinking it needed to be serviced. They took a look at it, showed me why it's in perfect condition, and sent me off on my way. I highly recommend this mechanic shop because they are honest and trustworthy. They could've easily taken advantage of me, as other mechanic shops probably would have, but they didn't. I will definitely be bringing my car back as soon as the service lights turn on!

I took my company van in to get an oil change. That's all that was authorized to perform. When we got there, they didn't have the total amount due. This was because they performed a front break job. Nobody authorized any work to be done except the oil change. Then the mechanic started telling me that two tires were bald, and that all four tires were worn down to the wear marks. He then showed me the bald tires. I looked on in amazement. The tire wasn't bald, even the wear mark wasn't worn. All four tires were in acceptable condition. When I asked for him to look at the wear mark, he stormed off into his office where he could confide with his brother. When I walked in his office his brother started saying that the tires were close to the wear mark. I stated that was a true statement and that the lie of it being in the where mark was exactly that a lie. Then the mechanic started yelling at me. You don't know what you're talking about. It was in the where Mark I said no. Even your brother knows the truth. That's when they both started yelling at me to get out of their office to go away. Don't come back and I stated you sure don't want any customers. Do you because you shouldn't be acting like this. I said in a nice calm voice as I watch these two grown men lose control and started yelling at me. Then I was told that they did a break job on the car which was unauthorized and so I asked can I have the old brake pads and they started yelling. What do you need those for? Are you going to sell them? And I almost said we'll probably because they're probably not warned much, but I didn't. So then they were extremely yelling telling me to leave the property get off and don't ever come back. I was just totally appalled at how they were treating me even being his nice and calm as I was. I had a workmate with me who as I walked off told them that they were the worst service oriented place that he's ever seen and told them they were cantankerous. What are them asked? What does cantankerous mean? And that's when he said look it up. Needless to say we didn't take the van home. We had to leave it there since they didn't have a total yet of the unauthorized work tallied up with the oil change that was only supposed to be done. They have done work in the past about four months ago on another van of ours at work and they added a Cadillac converter and a map sensor which was unauthorized to do and I never got to see the used parts and I think it was done fraudulently but that was then. I think these guys are a total rip-off. They do work that's not authorized and they don't hold the old parts available and they just if you mentioned what's wrong and you're concerns. All they do is yell and scream and tell you to leave. I've never seen such attitude of any service organization before in my life and I've seen quite a few. These guys definitely don't even deserve one star that's for sure

Jerry and the crew were great! I had some work done at the Chevy dealership in Santa Ana and they claimed that all these things were wrong with my truck. After paying the dealership to align my wheels, I got the truck back and the steering wheel was not level. I brought it to Quicks and they balanced by tires and corrected the alignment (which was still off) for less than I paid Chevy! They checked to see if any belts were damaged (per the dealership) and nothing was wrong! These guys are fair and honest! I know a lot of people who have a hard time looking for a good mechanic; look no further.

We've been going here for check up , repair with our Hyundai and Toyota and each experience has always been quick , and reliable . Reasonable pricing and very accommodating . Highly recommend this place
