Quest diagnostics as a company does not care about any of the patients they're basically a puppy mill for diagnostic testing and the entire process to set appointments or get any sort of help is completely dehumanizing you never get to speak to a human their computer systems are always not working correctly and the phone system is deliberately made to drag out the entire process and make it as confusing as possible so that the elderly and those in most need of care cannot successfully navigate it. It's pretty clear that this company is run by a bunch of investors and people with no regard for human life while the doctors working there are just jaded unhappy machine operators. This company is a shining example of how real healthcare has become a luxury good in the United States only full of select few can really access it while the rest get a vending machine that promotes euthanasia.

Went to drop off tests, had to make an appointment and the only available time was 40 minutes later. Why do I need an appointment to drop off tests? They were unable to change the time or take my tests earlier and I arrived at 2:15. It should’ve been much easier to drop off a test. Not interested in coming back. The team admitted that there used to be a system to take drop off tests immediately but it doesn’t exist anymore. Absolutely ridiculous move by Quest and I will not be using them again. Why should I wait 40 minutes in a waiting room to drop off tests I completed at home?Edit: I was able to get an earlier time with the help of Van who works there. Very helpful and made sure to check all my samples in. Make sure to get his help for a better experience. The white man with the beard that works there will not help you - avoid him.

I checked in through text before I went inside, I was instructed to come in and that my check in was complete and would be called shortly. I was called right when I walked in. The Phlebotomist, Phoung, was the best I've ever had. Usually I get pricked a couple times because I have small veins. She got it on the first try and I never even felt the needle. Best overall experience.

Don't even bother showing up early for an appointment. They won't accommodate you. You still have to wait until your scheduled appointment. They don't really care about the patients.FYI- appointment was at 10:10am. Checked in at 7:30am. It wasn't busy until after 8:30am. We watched them take in walk-in after walk-ins while my 76 year old father waited until 10:10!!!

Every Quest I go to and there are many, they all are very efficient and managed incredibly well with professional staff. This particular Quest inside St. Joseph's hospital is poorly managed and the employee I dealt with was incompetent. Firstly, I didn't get seen until almost 20 minutes after my appointment. The staff were unprofessional being chatty with each other like it was a club. I brought two requisitions to get done. I got two separate ones because one test I know takes like 5-7 business day but the other test takes 24 hours. I needed the one that takes 24hrs in 24hrs due to a situation. I specifically was very clear with the male technician (white, late 20s). After given me brush off replies I again commented that I do not want them combined, hence the two requisitions. I find out today he combined them both so now I will not get my results until 5-7 business days. This is very frustrating. Every other Quest the staff listen attentively and do not combine my requisitions. I will never go to this Quest again and I advise you to make your decision carefully. There are multiple Quests in this neighborhood. Just read the reviews here don't take my word.

Very poor patient care. Woman at front desk was very rude to every patient that walked in. Phlebotomist seemed like an amateur who poked me twice, moved the needle around and had to get some help anyway. I was there for an hour and 15 min just to get 2 tubes of blood out when i had an appt. Such a tense atmosphere because of the staff.

Do not come here unless you want to be poked over and over again by an unexperienced phlebotomist. Yesterday, I was supposed to have 1 vial of blood taken and Stephanie couldn't find my veins so she proceeded to jam the needle in my arms until I asked for someone else to help. I felt awful and thought I was going to pass out. Finally Steve stepped in and got it right away. It was an awful experience and you couldn't pay me to come back. Also, no one greets you as you walk or when you're done. The picture of my bruise was taken less than 24 hours later.

If I could give zero stars I would. I did not have an appointment and understand that appointments come first. But when I asked how much longer as there was only one other person. The lady said , I don’t know, you could be here 2 or 3 hrs?” She was rude. I thought she would at least look at the list and give me an estimate time. Never again here!

No heads up about a 10 minutes late policy. I wasn't late. I received a booking e-mail that the appointment was from 12:30 to 12:45. There was NO ONE at the front desk. Only a scanning station. The scanner wouldn't allow me to check in 10 minutes after 12:30. They placed me on standby and another guy told me he's been waiting more than an hour and a half. This place is a joke.

I had a fasting test and appointment. Made me wait 30 min. Why have an appointment if they can't keep to schedule. Quest if horrible.

We received a referral here from CHOC for a blood draw on our 4mo baby. We arrived early to our appointment, they called us in quickly and they had no issues pulling blood from our baby. It was a very quick and easy experience. This location is clean and quiet.
