I brought my car to orange smog for a smog check on Saturday morning. I had brought a car here previously, so I was familiar with the location. The man who does the smog checks, is very friendly and gets the work done quickly. Two things that are not great about this place is that it is small and can be crowded, and there are usually several large trucks parked on the street, so it is hard to see how much traffic there is when you are pulling out of the driveway.

I am a repeat customer and bringing my BMW E39 Touring. Passed with flying colors as I prepped my vehicle prior to the SMOG Test. Anyways, my review is for service and once again my expectations are exceeded. This place puts a smile on my face for courteous and pleasant service. Places should be like this establishment that makes you come back for their service and luckily I have 5 cars that I can take my place to.I highly recommend this place.Service: Smog certification

Came here this morning around 9:15a & I just dropped by because I remember I needed to do a smog test for my car & this was the first place I seen on the way home. I get out the car, one customer is leaving as I'm entering. I enter & I see an older Asian guy with glasses (could be the owner or just a worker). I asked him how much was a smog test and he answered according to my car make and model. I was shocked at the prices because it was higher than it usually is- so I was "ooh ok", but he mentioned if my car "pass" the test or not, so then I became intrigued because I didn't know what that meant so I asked "what you mean if it pass?" then he says "well I'm just telling you, if you don't like it, u can go somewhere else or leave" ... I was so confused because WHAT? Over me asking him "what he meant by if it pass?" Yeah you damn sure ain't getting my money with that attitude. If you can't answer simple questions without an attitude and all the aggression then you in the wrong business sir. I was so shocked, I instantly backed out of the store and left. Idk what happened but it was definitely too early for the BS & rather than dish it back, I took my money elsewhere. But I highly DONT Recommend this place. That guy was rude and unprofessional! & I know exactly where the aggression came from but that's another conversation for another day...

Agree with the other reviewers. Never thought I'd be giving a smog place 5 stars, but here I am. The guy is kind, friendly, and efficient. I've been to many smog places over the years and never felt compelled to review. I've been here twice and both times were the same great service. I won't go anywhere else!
