Poor customer service came in yesterday 12/3Was holding a pair of shoes not my size, asked this taller Latino employee with curly hair white shirt if they had my size he responds with "are you going to resell these?" He Sounds like a reseller to me then proceeds to walk away. Heard him being rude to other customers maybe he should find another job

A must visit if in the area and worth the drive. Shout out to Breamon for being extremely helpful. Store is crazy busy yet he's always willing to answer questions and recommend a great shoe. PJ is also great and helpful. Goes the extra effort to track down a shoe size.

This is not a "factory store" - You can find better deals on eBay or even Foot Locker. The prices are almost entirely retail. The manager Garrett B. was extremely rude and tried telling me the loose material and chipped rubber was "not a factory defect". I have over 500 pairs of shoes and do a lot of business with Nike, believe me, I know what a factory defect looks like.

Line management is non existent. You have to get in line but they do not set up any line before the store opens so you can get there early but will still be at the end bc you don't know where the line is.

Shout out Adrian for helping me out today really great customer service and extremely knowledgeable about his craft, really appreciate him answering all my questions. Wasn't sure if I was going to even grab anything but after he told me it's an extra 20% off, I realized it's a must. I also wanted to thank Raul for making sure everything was okay with he shoes at checkout my experience was great and even informed me of a few great details. All in all a great experience and many more visits to come. FYI with the 20% off these came out to $72 including tax no ?

I will NEVER come into this nike store ever again. I bought a pair of shoes at this store because i have always had great experiences. I had recieved a special discount when i got my shoes and unfortunately, i needed to exchange them. When i came into the store today to exchange the shoes for something i liked better, they were more expensive than the shoes i originally bought.When i got to the register, the cashier who helped me had explained in a polite way that he could not give me both discounts. The cashier had suggested to talk to the manager and ask about the discounts. The manager, Danarrius came over after the cashier explained the situation and Danarrius came over and said no i cant do the discount and turned around and walked away.As a manager myself, that is not how you treat the customer. If there is something that cannot be done, you need to explain to the customer why you cannot do it. Danarrius, however, did not do that. He was rude and disrespectful about the entire situation. The way he said no i cant do the discount had such arrogance, entitlement, and i felt racially profiled because he did not want to help me or explain to me why he could not do the discount because i am hispanic. As a fellow person of color, i am appaled with the discrespect and racially carged response that was given to me by Danarrius that it is disappointing how the store manager, nate, could promote someone like Danarrius who has racial bias towards hispanics.I love nike and everything the company stands for. However, the fact that i had this experience with nike is disappointing and makes me question if i should continue to buy from nike. Instead of walking out with shoes that i wanted that would of given the store money, i did the return and walked away with no shoes and the store lost money for the day. With common decency and no racial bias, i would of been happy and the store would of made money.I will NEVER come into this nike store ever again. First Here even though I've been Too the Outlets this is the first time I've been in the Store. I gotta tell ya they have CRAZY discounts, I bought these Nike Air Max for $69 even with Taxes it was cheaper then buying these here in Alaska.

I’m a big Nike shopper and I love this location because although they are always busy they make sure you find just what you are looking for. Almost the entire staff acknowledges you as you walk past them and they see if you’ve been helped. The atmosphere is very welcoming. If you are in Orange County this is a good place to check out for any of your needs. I live in La habra and make the drive down here because it’s worth it . I don’t like the easT LA location at all the vibe is completely different
