Terrible experience with this laundry machine company. Avoid at all costs! Awful customer service, machines consistently eat money, and they dodge accountability for refunds. Tech service calls are ignored. Do not do business with them – overall, a horrible experience.

Customer Service - 5/5 : I would highly recommend this vendor. Although, I see some previous reviews that discredit this company on the account of not getting their money back and lack of customer service, I would like to strongly disagree. I have had no issues with this vendor refunding me the money spent on their machines when it didn't work. Granted YOU (complainant) or in my case, I had to call the company and file for a refund and give them the appropriate information to process my refund. Spoke to Johnny on my first incident and than again to Dave in another incidence. Both of these guys were of great help and quick to resolve my issues. I think people need to be mindful when it comes to apartment complexes and the amount of people who utilize these machines on a daily basis.

Horrible company. Their machines eat your money, then when requesting a refund, they promise it, but it never gets returned. Then when following up about the refund, it's "Groundhog Day" all over again. You have to explain again how much money was taken on what dates, etc. More promises made, never delivered. Upon following up a third time, "Oh, too much time has passed and we only refund within 30 days of report." What a scam. Just give me the $30 you've owed for the past year.

• As owner and manager of over 500 apartment units I have used many coin laundry service providers over the years. I have found National Service Company to be the most professional and ethical coin laundry provider of all the companies I've used. Their service is fast and efficient with them servicing the machines usually within hours. Their leases for straight forward with no "tricky" paragraphs like most of the other companies have. I now have National Service in all of my laundry rooms and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I would HIGHLY recommend that you use National Service to service and maintain your laundry rooms and equipment.

Avoid this place doing business with this place!
This is the worst company. I bought 2 laundry machines from them, and within 2 days one of them stopped working. I bought a brand new machine, but I'm guessing they sold me a used one. They provided a 30 day warranty, and since the machine broke every week, you would think they would at least warranty their own work...
Now 30 days has passed the the machine has broken 3x, you would think a company would at least try to fix it knowing they sold you a lemon, but this company can care less
