Love Napa. Honestly, this location is not the same without dennis. Drive professional and needed a car battery. Came in at 1045, and they said they didn't have my battery. The truck will be here between 1230 and 130. They were going to call me. Went back in at 2 pm me and asked around regarding it. They said another 20 minutes because their truck broke down. They made sure they had my number. It's now 330. I called, and they are still saying another 20. So, I went to the auto zone. Mind saying it I HATE auto zone. But no choice. Waste of day not making any money waiting for the poor customer service. They should have offered to call another store and see if they had any. My fault I waited.

I come to this location because of the great service and the quality parts. I placed my order online on Saturday for a Monday pick-up. I received the email to pick up the parts. I drove a fair amount of distance only to be told the part was not in. I guess I'll be looking for a new parts house.

I choose this location for its excellent service and high-quality parts. After placing my order online for a Monday pick-up, I received the confirmation email. Despite driving a considerable distance, I was disappointed to learn that the part was unavailable. Considering this experience, I may start exploring alternative parts suppliers.

I ordered a package of end link nuts in store. So, I waited for someone to call and tell me that the order was ready for pick up. Guess what? No one ever did. When I finnally went to pick up the order, I noticed that the package was partially opened and that one of the nuts was obviously used because it had grime inside the threads. I walk back inside the store (ten seconds later). I tell the store rep that one of the nuts is used. He then claimed that the nut was not used. I told him that the package was open. He notices that the package is indeed open. I said hey, I need two of the nuts now, can I get a discount? He gets the manager, a short guy, who claims that the package was sealed when he checked it. Basically he implied that I was lying or trying to commit fraud. So, he wouldn't give me a partial refund for their mistake and only offered a full refund. I told him that I needed two of the nuts now. He wouldn't budge and reiterated that the package was sealed when he checked it. I told him that he was wrong and that I would write a negative review because of the interaction.

I'm a fleet manager for a local transportation company and use Napa for my fleet's needs. (Sedans, SUVs, Limos, Sprinters, Mini & Motor Coaches). They always have what I need in stock and if not they can order it to arrive same day. Oil filters, heater hoses, purge valves, brake pads, coolant, batteries, they have it all.The reason I'm writing this review though is for GABRIEL. This man is always helpful and knowledgeable of vehicles and finding me what I need. It's pleasure doing business with him as well as the rest of the staff.

The old cliche if I child give this company -5 stars I would. Went online, added my vehicle, and looked up the parts I needed. Paid online and went to the location to pick them up.While there, I asked the store clerk if we could look up the part again to make sure because I wanted to verify the part I ordered was correct, then low and behold, the part I ordered was wrong. The part that was listed as a direct fit on the website wasn't even listed in their catalog for the make or model of my car. To add insult to injury, they can't refund my money because they are locked out and the manager is not in. Total joke and will never use them again.
