I had to get glass replaced on a broken frame and it was fast and inexpensive. I waited maybe 4 minutes. Professional job and great service.

Customer service is good, store is clean. One of the few commercial stores I'll rep for beads to design bracelets. It's mostly because of the 50% off sale they have constantly and the free rewards / vouchers they give you. The selection is decent but kind of pricey for how small some strands are. You can usually get 15in strands for the same price if not less online or at certain bead stores.

Ample parking and a well stocked and organized art store. Helpful staff and a wide selection of supplies. Stopped in for Acrylic Pouring project and ASMR disappointed.

The items I need never get restocked here.. I know cause I show up every 3 days and they're still out of stock. This specific location may not have all that you need, so try other locations.

These stores have proven their reliance on over seas goods to keep stocked and are failing at it, quite often this year they have let us down on not having merchandise we were shopping for, hooe they change their view point on purchasing because Hobby Lobby is taking over the void they're making

This location is increasingly becoming disappointing. Went in to by acrylic picture frame, nope! Went in to buy a Christmas basket, nope... no baskets at all!! I will say the staff has gotten better

Wow, well managed establishment; amply stocked, smartly displayed mechandise, politely professional cashiers, common sense approach manager, and exceptionally clean common areas (bathrooms too).

Compare to Hobby Lobby, and Walmart, Michaels is the best place for silk flowers, especially, the roses and orchids. They look and feel so real but last forever. Of course, they cost a little more but if you watch for the coupons, it's not that bad.

There's always something to find at Michaels. The staff was helpful, although very busy. They may be short staffed right now.
