Tom was very professional, attentive, accommodating, very knowledgeable of what he does and explained to me and my sister every details of the findings and recommendations needed for my sister's car service. His customer service attitude is above and beyond, with positive attitude with smile, honored our wishes and decisions after explaining with the findings to fix the car. He even offered us water if we needed to. He is definitely an asset to the company. My sister and I highly recommends MAZDA with flying colors!!!. Great job Tom!!!

LOVE my Mazda, love the sales person I got it from …. FINANCING DEPARTMENT HERE IS A JOKE. They’ll sell you any and every warranty they can even if you don’t need it and then gaslight you later on as to why you have it, how to use them, etc etc. If I could slap the guy that handled my financing… id probably deck him

Was helped by a nice British guy. However, there’s some guy there who has sleeve tattoos a little bit heavyset, I think he thinks he’s some kind of big shot sales closer. The car I was trading and it was worth between $19,800 to $21,200. This guy leaves me sitting there forever with my four-year-old daughter and then comes back to me with a $17,000 offer for my car. And so the car that I was trying to buy that was about $19,000. he comes back with a $29,000 out the door price. I could not believe it. I was beside myself. And then instead of negotiating in a friendly manner, he proceeds to talk to me like some kind of tough guy and tell me that my car is “only worth $17,000. What do you expect? What are thinking it’s worth?” (With a smirk he tells me this). So I tell him the least I saw online was about $19,000. Then he tells me oh I’ll call you back in the morning and see if my guy can do something to try to get to that number. (Never called back btw). Mind you, I was trying to trade in a beautiful Mazda 3. I went to Carmax the next day and got $20,400. If these guys are selling Mazda’s and then turn around and think they’re worth nothing then I guess they don’t really believe in their own products. I won’t be returning to this place for anything. I hope the British guy finds an honest dealership to work with. Tustin Mazda is great. You feel like you’ve stepped into a prestigious place.

This was after a couple of months of owning a used vehicle I bought here. I heard a pop sound and flapping and I saw this piece flapping in the wind about to fall off. I am glad to report that I was able to get off the freeway safely to remove the piece and avoid it falling off and causing an accident. I hope they are able make things right ?

Raúl and team were amazing. My husband and I were both able to test drive the car which was great. The whole team was great with working with us and made sure we stayed within budget. We were able to walk out with my dream car. Thank you everyone!

Great dealership, great products, and great customer service! Adrian Garcia helped make my experience as a first time car buyer enjoyable and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, informative, and honest. I don’t think I would have purchased a car that day if it weren’t for my experience with him. Excellent service, and very well taken care of personally. My wife and I appreciated the lift to local shops while we waited for our car to be serviced, and the text updates and video report. We just sent a text letting them know we were ready to be collected. We enjoy getting our car serviced at Mazda, Orange… who would have thought!
