Change your address on google. Leaving a note just on your old address door is neither enough nor professional!!! Thanks

I had to drop specimens off and it was close to closing time. I phoned the office on my drive and informed the staff I’d be a few minutes after 4:00. Arrive at 4:02 -the doors locked but there is still a patient in the lobby. I wait for the patient to exit to kindly pass the specimens off. Well the African American female employee literary closes the door in my face. Why do people go into health care if they are going to exude no compassion for people? Did she care this could be a moment with time ticking on my life that every moment counted for the labs? No she didn’t. Ive been ill since November seeking medical help in different avenues to find what’s wrong. This is what we pay for...health scare america.

Been coming here for years. The ladies are so sweet and fast and have gone totally out of their way to contact doctors and help me out to get the testing done that’s needed. Clean and friendly location.

I've been here a handful of times, and 4 out of 5 times is good. Most of the lab techs are very nice, considerate, and good at what they do. As long as I make an appointment, I am usually in and out within 15 minutes or less. This week, I had a blood draw for COVID test, and the lab tech performed the clumsiest blood draw I have ever experienced. I've been here multiple times for blood draw, and all previous lab techs were considerate and effective at performing a painless blood draw. This technician (older Vietnamese man) was unable to draw any blood in his first attempt. I can speak Vietnamese so I asked him to try the other arm. He initially declined and continued to try to reinsert the needle. WHILE THE NEEDLE WAS STILL IN MY ARM, pulled out the needle half way, and began to jiggle it around to "find the vein". He did this several times, all while the needle was still in my arm and just aimlessly moving the tip around. After several attempts failed, he switched to my other arm. I do not have an aversion to needles, so it was just uncomfortable and painful. I can't imagine what a terrible experience this would be for someone who is sensitive to needles or blood. It's been 5 days and the bruising from his attempts are still visible on my arm.

Went to the Laguna Hills location last week and they were extremely rude. There are no words to even describe how bad the service was at that location. However, I came to the LabCorp in Orange because it's close to where I work. The staff was so friendly and the service was so fast! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I could not even believe the difference in service.

Lack of understanding during COVID-19. I went today for a drug screening. Peed in the cup but it wasn't enough or she didn't trust me I guess so she threw the urine away and made me wait till I can pee again. When I came out the office was full. Obviously I'm trying to social distance so I went outside. Came back in because I had the urge to pee. The lady at the front desk refused me no matter what I said. Now I have to delay starting my job because these people are stubborn and rude.

Came at 1:20PM for a drugscreen. First time coming so I checked in with the machine and it says to wait wherever youre comfortable and they will send a text, so I waited outside. (There was a lot of people inside so I didn't want to wait inside because COVID.) Okay... I waited outside, 3:00PM went by, no text. By the time I was next to talk to the frontdesk, it was 3:39PM. The front desk asked what I was here for and I said "drugscreen". She replied, "Drugscreen was over at 3:30PM, you have to come back tomorrow. Are you kidding me? 2 hour wait to be given this response. This place really needs an update or to coordinate better. At least send out a text saying drug screen will be over in an hour or something. I knew I shoud've went with Quest but I gave this place a try. A BIG disappointment.

So I came here today as per my Dr.'s orders, upon arriving I was waiting in line, not evEn acknowledged or greeted. I checked in through the kiosk and waited for my name to be called. Chris then calls me up & reads over my paperwork and hands me a cup to pee in (without checking my insurance) then points me to thE bathroom. I then come out and doesn't allow me to hand him the urine sample but says "No, come to the front I need to talk to you about a yOUr insurance" I step out in to the waiting room at res WITH MY URRINE SAMPLE IN HAND (slightly awkward) then he says "we don't accept your insurance" & he turns away and returns to his computer,, then I proceed and ask where I may go that my insurance is accepted. He says "Quest" so I ask for an address, he rudely ignores me and a woman says the address to me. I thanked her. Chris was short, rude, & makes you want to never return here with his snobby attitude. He acts as if I disrespected him by coming to the wrong place. Try and avoid this place because of CHRIS!

Excellent experience. It took longer to find parking than to complete the lab work. Staff was sure friendly, and as just a walk in, they were done in less than 10 minutes. The best part, NO PAIN AT ALL! Such a good job thank you

If your business listing is showing closing at 5pm, you should not turned away customer for blood work and said you are closing at 4:30pm. Twice now that my daughter needed timing blood drawn (within 30 minutes from the 1st one) and I came in at 4:05 and was told that they could not do it because they closed at 4:30pm.
