Opposite there are Wendy's Burger, Starbucks, and Best Buy. The room is large, clean and comfortable. Parking costs 28 yuan a day, and valet parking costs 35 USD.

I had an interview at this location with Marilyn on 3/25/24 , we completed the interview, and I was told she would get back to me the same day or within 1 business day. I expressed to her MY NEED for a second job and taking the graveyard shift no one wants to do. It’s been 5 days and she has not gotten back to me with a response which is very unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I tried reaching out and I got ignored, didn’t get a response, nor a phone call. Why have someone come for an interview for you not to get back to them and waste their time? Next time a simple text or email is enough. I’ve had to turn down other job offers to give you the time and respect you needed, but you can’t do the same. Very unprofessional, a complete waste of my time, I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I hope I’m able to get a response from the owner in regards to this disappointment trip

I will never visit a Hilton owned property. Was not treated as a guest. Nothing positive to say. Wow, I guess thank you for crediting back my $28 parking fee for your poor customer service. Never had a guest in my home pay for parking. Even tho my city requires guests to have a parking perimt. They are a guest.. I foot the $10 parking pass for my guests, but you do you. F.Y.I if you enjoy hearing ambulances at all hours day/night this is the place for you. Horrible. I should have stayed at the Hyatt.

The hotel lobby is nice. The beds aren’t very comfortable, they are adequate. The walls are thin, you can hear people next door at times, including when they flush. And they have double beds, which are tight quarters when you are used to a queen/king. If you need a lower $ hotel, then this will do, I’ve definitely been to worse. The hotel was clean. It is next to a medical center so I woke up at 2:30am to several ambulance sirens. We also did not like how much the elevators shook when going down.

They have 4 elevators but only 1 was working, on the check in day it took forever just to get a elevator I was assuming it was a busy day. the day of check out it was out of service. And it was time to hit the stairs. Yep with luggage and bags down the stairs. Not going there again.

I got really bad food poisoning from their pear salad in their restaurantFood & drinks: I got food poisoning from their pear salad and the service was a little bit chaotic. We had multiple people checking in on us or double bringing things. It didn’t seem like there was somebody assigned to a specific table.

When checking in Raena greeted me so friendly. She was very helpful in answering my many questions with warmth. She help explained everything to me such as parking and our deposit. It was a warm welcome from a crazy hectic day at Disney, Thank you for the easy and fast check in Raena.

So i would say the hotel I was given was stunning - I was all set to provide a full positive review until I arrived home the next morning and checked my bank statements, I repeat if you stay here be sure to check your BANK STATEMENTS!! I noticed extra charges from the hotel outside of the valet which would have been the only charging since I paid for the hotel in full a month ago. When I called First lady informed me I would have to call back at 9am and speak to finances to dispute any charges and it looks like they charged me for both bottle waters ( which I made a point to not touch seeing that they were $4 and I can purchase my own for that price) another charge was an extra valet charge of $35 - I called back a little after 9 and the Second Lady laughed as if my charges I wanted to dispute weren't necessary but informed me Tera or Tracy in finance would be in and got me transferred- no answer left vm - ( this was Monday - still no cal back and it's Friday ) - I did call back a few hours later and spoke to a new person at the front desk. He stated he would reimburse me for the $8 ( bottle water charge) but for the $35 it wasn't an actual charge that they do a deposit the night you arrive for valet before they do the final charge at the end of your stay. I am waiting to see this fall off my bank statements but hasn't. The $8 has already went through.Be mindful that reviews you leave for this hotel are simply to help others from walking into the same trap, I did notice the same automated generic apology response for everyone, nothing is done and nothing much goes into it, unless you call and try and take action.I was planning on doing a full positive review for this hotel until check out when I realized the hotel was charging me for items and things I should have not been charged for and doing nothing about it. I will most likely dispute these charges with my bank seeing the hotel doesn't look like they will do anything about it. Disappointing.

I am currently still staying at Hotel Fera Anaheim and already write a review just to warn you:If you like it nice and quiet, do not come here!!!The rooms are built in a way so you feel like the room neighbors next to you are just behind a thin layer of paper, you literally Hear every cough, sneeze or word from them or their TV, evey crying kid and every toilet flush your neighbor does. Its super LOUD - ! Also the windows are not isolated so you hear all cars and sirens all the time. If you like your privacy or to sleep quite, this is not the place for you.I am missing my sleep and that is very frustrating. I might as well get a dorm room in a hostel... The receptionist knows about this problem but they can not do a thing about it obviously...On the weekend here was a big team conference, so it was loud with people after 1am and the parking lot (which we paid for) was so full, we had to use another parking garage close by. Also disneyland is close by so you will hear a lot if kids screaming and the get up super early to go to the theme park)Especially for the high price I expected more from Hilton. They even charge you 15 dollars per day for Wifi Internet, i guess they haven't heard yet, that even cheap Hotels offer it complimentary since many years. Feel like anno 2011 here. The parking cost another 30 dollers per day.The rooms are clean, nothing special, a welcome water potter is only for members, otherwise 4 dollars for a small bottle. You get e free cookie full of sugar when you arrive. The beds are clean and comfortable, but its so loud, that is canceling it out for me.The shower is wired but works ok. Water is warm. When i checked in my soap was empty, I had to call & room service brought new one.Overall a more disappointing experience, I could see better ways to spend 1000 dollars in 5 days...Can not recommend this hotel and wont come back.
