I stayed at this location for 15 nights. I had a very good experience. The only complaint is the complementary breakfast was OK; not great.

We stayed here to walk to the Honda center for a show. The room was horrible. No kitchen cookware or dining ware. The bath tub looked like it was 30 years old and would get us dirtier instead of clean. The channel up and down did not work on the remote. When walking on the first floor there was a pipe leaking water onto the carpet and spraying in the hallway. There was a smell of dirt or just unclean throughout the whole hotel. The beds are very uncomfortable. I won’t be staying here again.Rooms: Disgusting and unclean.Nearby activities: Honda center and the angle stadium.Safety: Security in the parking lot.Walkability: Walking distance to the Honda center.

We've stayed here for a week and it was okay but there is definitely a need for improvement. This isn't a hotel, more like a overpriced apartment building. "Breakfast included" means a muffin and coffee which tastes like they are reusing the same filters. You have to ask for kitchen supplies which they don't have enough of. Only one cooking plate "worked", which was so slow you rather just forget about cooking at all. The floors are dirty throughout the hotel. I don't usually write bad reviews but since this is a chain that should definitely care more about their paying guests. I don't blame the staff, I believe they are doing what they can with the resources they are provided with.

Ample parking, good restaurants, shopping, and movie theater in the same parking lot. Highly recommend.

Honestly I was very disappointed with my stay here. I haven't stayed at an extended stay in 20 years, the last one I stayed was the San dimas one and I remember the service and the rooms to be cleaned but this one on Katella smelled old. The place is really not well maintained. The room we stayed in on the 3rd floor was not the best. The bathroom was nasty. For them to clean the rooms you have to practically beg them. No one at the front desk has an answer for you when you ask them when they will come clean the room. And when they come clean they don't vacuum they just use a broom and barely clean the bathroom. We ended up just buying products and clean ourselves. While we were they the stove broke and even that took a while to clean. Oh and maintenance comes to replace the AC filter while the room is occupied, typically hotels do this in between customers!When guest leave dirty dishes or towels outside their door. It typically stays there for a day and half.For some reasons I am not able to add pictures with this post. The pictures would speak for themselves. I am very disappointed and will never stay here again!!!

Hi I enjoy my stay here and I’ve been here for a while now. I appreciate the service desk workers. Julie, Brittney and Taylor these three ladies at the front desk always have a smile on their faces and always works hard and goes over and beyond for us. Jose is a new worker here and has been nice and works hard as well. The rooms are very clean. I know that one day I will have to leave but I will recommend people to come here. I feel very safe here being in the situation I’m in. Second home is what it is to me. I definitely would come again if need be. Keep up the work it will pay off.I don’t want leave Mo he is an awesome Manager. Thank you for allowing me to stay as long as I need to. God BlessRosa Taylor 115

First time staying at a hotel this long but overall the experience was fantastic. I can definitely see myself using extended stay again in the future.

The rooms are not properly cleaned.They have the policy to clean the rooms once a week (only if you stay more than seven days). The bathroom and room carpets are worn out. The hotel has very limited breakfast (coffee, oats and muffins) in the morning.

I know this is a cheaper hotel. But our room was not that great. Our hardwood floors were dirty like they hadn't been mopped in a while. The bathroom sink would drain slowly. The shower wasn't great. It would be hot at the tub but the shower head took way to long to warm up. the shower head actually hurt with the water pressure. It was close to Disneyland but no kind of help to get there. I'm sure I will not be here again.

Not a great hotelWe had a bit of a faulty towers experience checking in. The first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned and still had someone else's clothes there.They ended up giving us a new room, but it was lacking towels, soap, shampoo, etc.The hotel is very dated inside. I wouldn't want to stay more than a night
