DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY. One of the plastic slides they installed in my preschool crack opened. After reporting it to their So Cal agent 'Dave Bang Company' I was given the run around, not returning or answering calls/email is their norm to avoid clients. So I decided to call the corporate and got in touch with someone who is supposed to be a 'SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSOCIATE'. Well, after many days of explanations and emails of pictures of the broken slide (some are attached here with) They are sending me a slide that is completely different (Pic attached). And when I called them their excuse was oh! sorry shipping department dropped the ball.Please also remember this is during a pandemic when we are hurting. Then in Nov 2020 they finally said we have shipped the slide and it will reach you in 3 weeks. Today is April 26th of 2021. I am still waiting for the slide . And the playground cannot be used fully by the children of our center. IF YOU WANT PROPER SERVICE. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLAYGROUND EQUIPEMNT SUPPLIERS OUT THERE. THESE GUYS HAVE BECOME TOO BIG AND HAVE FORGOTTEN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.Having said all this, If they at least read this post and get back to me and rectify this situation, I will adjust this post accordingly. Until they do I will continue to post this everywhere I can.

We installed a whimsical playground in our preschool more than 10 years ago. Still in pristine condition. We never had a problem with installation, parts, or flooring. We will be installing a new one on our new campus soon.
