“For the longest time I had stopped shopping at this specific location! The reason were two employees: one morning female cashier and one afternoon male cashier. These two employees were the utmost disrespectful, unprofessional, petty, and completely out of line in the work area, as clerks representing a company, in this case Arco. Now, the AMPM/Arco gas station is one of my favorite go to gas stations/ quick convenient stores, why you may wonder:1. UNBEATABLE PRICES, both in gasoline and goodies!2. VARIETY, this is one of the most underrated quick marts! In all honesty ARCO/AMPM, has more variety, better prices and the stores are bigger and cleaner than our beloved 7/11!3. Although the AM/PM app needs a little polishing, if you are savvy enough and if you have enough patience and data, you will be able to score pretty awesome bargains!On the flip side, and this is in general, something that I've seen in ALL ARCO/AMPM: One of THE WORST guest service standards, THE LOWEST customer satisfaction shopping experience, THE MOST TERRIBLE employees customer service training. Which in turn, I'd much rather pay higher gas prices, shop at way smaller stores but at least leave the store without ANY bad experience, for instance, many times I simply go to Chevron or Shell instead of Arco.However this has changed thanks to the graveyard shift female cashier here! Danielle is one of the best experiences I've had in a very long time period. Funny, no nonsense, professional, accommodating, immaculate store, fast accurate service, friendly yet firm.Utterly refreshing!Keep up the good work!If you get a chance, please visit this gas station and please let me know what your thoughts are! “at place to stop in and pick up a cold one, or fine liquor if you will. The place is kept nice and clean, and well stocked with all the things you need for a quick snack. The place has been completely redone. Thay have the lotto there and quick picks if thats what you desire. The coolers are stocked with almost every beverage you can think of. Plenty of parking around there.”

“This pharmacy has provided my husband and I with the most efficient drugstore experience we've ever had. Several times now, we have received texts ten minutes after the pharmacy received our prescriptions letting us know that our prescription was ready for pickup. When one of my prescriptions was no longer being covered by my insurance, the pharmacists asked me if they'd like them to contact my doctor for a replacement prescription and then had that new prescription ready to go just a few minutes later. I am so pleased with the service we receive here!”

“I've become a regular here since the location on glassel is horrendous as far as customer service. I don't know who's hired the current employees here at this location but keep it up! The employees who CURRENTLY work here deserve a raise!!! THEY are SO polite and their customer service is A1! “I've been getting my medications refilled at the CVS on Tustin Ave in Orange for over 5 years. There's always going to be good and bad days but overall, there has been so many 5 star moments that to only focus on the few times I was disappointed would not be fair. Memorable 5 star service: -Pharmacist was busy at end of shift and could have told me to come back on another day but found time to administered my vaccines. -Staff taking time to search for rebates when my out of pocket fees were exorbitant. -Majority of the time, all my medications were in inventory (this may be more a company wide logistic issue as it seems there is not a system in place to monitor inventory for established patients or alert staff that when inventory is expected to be low to divert some rx to another nearby location with available inventory BEFORE the patient fill date.) -The staff and pharmacists are consistently professional (e.g. dose not routinely turn patients away before closing, does not engaged with patients/customers who are not satisfied (I witnessed a pharmacist redirecting a patient who was yelling at her for something that she nor the pharmacy had control over without changing her tone of voice or demeanor), tries earnestly to fulfill various requests such as searching for old receipts, vaccine records). In summary, the staff at this location have great work ethics, they don't pass the buck or make you do their work, you don't feel like you are witnessing a private conversation in someone's living room or overhearing gossiping in the employee break room when you are waiting in the area. -There were a few times in 2018 or 2019 when I arrived before closing and was turned away/couldn't pick my prescriptions . I just assumed that was their policy. I can't remember the exact details of this particular day but recall the pharmacy manager at that time coming to the counter to introduce her self as I was paying for my prescriptions. She overheard that I had to come back to pick up my prescriptions and inquired about my experience. Without blaming anyone, she took accountability as a pharmacy manager and reassured me that the customer experience will be more consistent and streamline. I've also heed her advice to call before I plan to pick up my prescriptions to ensure it's ready if I have not received a text alert.”

“Well I have been going here for at least 7 years. It's one of the better priced gas stations I guess, at least that's what I was told when I first started going here. It's cheaper than the Mobil across the street, at least it was in the past. It used to be USA gas. I have no idea when it changed. All I know is to fill up my tank it was $98. Down $2 from a month ago. Can you top that for highest gas prices in the nation? I am still getting used to the us gallon here, but it was 5.99 a gallon which seems insane.”

“Just once I want to walk into a 7-Eleven where all the drink flavors are working. Something is always out of order, and this 7-Eveven didn't disappoint. I don't know what flavor it was, but one of the soda flavors had an out of order sign on it. With that, this 7-Eleven is much cleaner than the others in the area. Granted, it's newer, but it's nice to see that someone might be actually taking care of it. While I didn't get any hot food, it looked fairly fresh, which is also unlike a lot of 7-Elevens. The workers were very friendly. I'm so happy when they remind me to enter my phone number to get the points. My last visit (to another 7-Eleven) my Slurpee was free! Gotta love it.”

“I want to update my review as I'm know using their pharmacy, and honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've found the techs to be friendly and helpful, but also very efficient. I was a little disappointed today that 3 prescriptions were called in by my Dr and only 2 were ready to be picked up. Turns out, one of them can't be filled until I ask for it. Not their fault, just the way it is. They said it would take about 15 minutes. I decided to go walk through the Village Mall (which is closing) to kill the time rather than shop. When I got back, the line was pretty long, but I was amazed at how fast it moved. Granted, it all depends on how many questions/concerns the customers in front of me have, but I feel like I've had to wait super long. It helps that smart phones are now available to help pass the time. One thing about the store, the have to lock the bathroom now so you need a code. Kind of a pain, but from a loss prevention standpoint, I completely understand. Also, the lottery machine seems to break down a lot. Again, not a bad thing as the chances of winning is about as great as me playing the Super Bowl so they saved me some $$$. I am going to vent about the stock photos corporate likes to upload. The picture with the dog in front doesn't even come close to looking like this CVS pharmacy. I actually checked into the wrong location first because the address was similar, and they all had the same pictures.”

“I remember 7-11 since I was a kid in Orange County back in the 1960s. Sorry to see that the founder passed away recently (in his 90s), but he left a tremendous legacy.Today, I see 7-11 corporate and franchise stores constantly evolving their merchandise, much more than in the past. But again, technology and the 'information age' paved this evolution (along with Sam Walton, Walmart founder).One 'critical' remark to make regards franchise stores. There is a consistent issue of cleanliness both inside and outside.(1) Coffee Bars, Soda Bars, and self-serve food prep areas MUST be wiped-down constantly, morning - day - night.(2) Outside areas must be scrubbed, daily (or nightly).Some 7-11 locations look, well, "third-world," and they smell that way too.But overall, I look forward to stopping into a 7-11 location at least three times a week. Yes, Starbucks is nice, but they do not carry the 'selection' of a 7-11.”
