I can barely contain how happy I am with the service I received on all levels. Katty & Leidy were extremely quick when not only responding with quotes, but also with all of my scheduling and pet questions. I work from home and some cleaners in the past have preferred I not be there which can be inconvenient, but I was assured this would be a non-issue. The two person team arrived on time and were friendly, funny, professional, and efficient. Belen & Juana were nothing short of amazing. They did more in 2 hours than I could've done in 2 days and it looked even better than I could've done! I think I texted the owners before the girls even left because I was so pleased. The rates are extremely reasonable especially considering how much they get done in the time frame. I'd give them another star if I could. *highly recommend*

Signing up for a monthly cleaning with Bright N Fresh has been one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made. Their team is organized, reliable, and always professional. I used Bright N Fresh cleaners when I moved out of my home. They did a great job cleaning the place and it was one of the cheaper options I found. The only reason why I'm not giving them five stars if there is a little mixup on the appointment and they were an hour late.

I asked to have my 3 story 3000 sq ft house deep cleaned and Bright and Fresh responded with their quote $339 and extra $150 extra for windows, blinds, and baseboards. Ever herd of over promise and under deliver this company is champion at this. Their quoted price and hours can never be met for a deep clean of a 3000 sq ft home. so what they do is start calling you and telling you we need 1 more hour which cost $90. When that commitment can't me met they want to add more hours and when that can't be met more. In 5 hours they cleaned 3 bathrooms and a few blinds and the kitchen stove. When i talked to the cleaners they stated that this happens all the time. If that's the case maybe they need to quote an initial higher price.I asked for a refund since they didn't complete my add on for windows, blinds and baseboards and they told me they would credit my card for the services in 3-5 days. 7 days later no creditIf you want to use this company add on an additional $500 to $1000 to their quote and be prepared. I learned my lesson to go with someone who will do a complete job for 1 agreed price no more no less.DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Belen and Juana were so thorough and so pleasant! I asked them to start in my office so I could get back to some work meetings. They were so courteous and I noticed them check to make sure I wasn't in a call when they turned the vacuum on. Details like that are SO appreciated and really made the difference for me when deciding to sign up for a monthly service. The house was spotless when they were done! Treat yourself to peace of mind and get some time back in your schedule. Bright N Fresh is worth it!
