Interesting that I couldn't spray for the scent, I had to unscrew the shower gel to experience the fragrance. ? I guess not everything is back to normal.

This location has been here since the Block (that's right, the block not the outlets) opened and it's always clean, organized and easy to move through. Went today because of the $3.50 soap deal and I tried picking up my mobile order, but it wasn't ready. They're taking COVID precautions seriously and they're fully stocked on anti-bacterial gels and sprays. They're still located across from Old Navy so try to park towards the middle of the mall on the east side parking lot.

First time at this location today. Drove here from LA only because a sweet associate (Michelle) that I talked to over the phone was kind enough to hold a few candles for me. I appreciated the fact that they would be there when I arrived after making the semi-long drive. All the associates were super sweet.. i was notified of the specials upon entrance & actually ended up buying more than I went there for. Kellie checked me out & she was so helpful & friendly. Super nice girl . I appreciated the great customer service that I received from her. Got an extra cello & some cute tissue paper to wrap my gifts. It's the little things that I appreciate:) Thank you ladies !

I just want to start off and say how organized and maintained everything outside and INSIDE the store was! On a Busy Friday evening too!! As someone who works in customer service, i think they are handling everything well with ALL the circumstances that are going on. Not only that, everyone was helpful and kind, ready to help us! This was an easy experience for how busy it was! Thank you! Shoutout to Priscilla , Desiree?, AND EVERYONE ELSE THERE. THEY ALL DESERVE CHRISTMAS BONUSES TOO.

Went here during COVID and I thought the staff is doing a good job of keeping things feeling safe and following local and state guidelines. They are only allowing a small capacity due to the small size of the store, so there is a line set up outside and the associates will let you enter when it is deemed okay. They were spraying and wiping things down to keep things feeling clean as well. I came for candles as that is really my passion. I burn about one 3-wick every two weeks, but I try to buy bulk in season, so I only come when I need a stock up. The largest issue with coming now is with other guests crowding and not minding distancing, but overall the store and the associates are doing a good job to keep everyone safe. Overall I'm happy with the service and will continue to come back because I have a problem.

Worst customer service. I waited over 50 minutes for online order. Everyone got it before me. Girl who was in charge kept telling me they were looking for it. It was just two shower gels. I ended up leaving and she told me I would get refunded automatically because I didn't pick it up. They couldn't even refund me on the spot. Never coming back.
