Worst customer service. Drove an hour to get a shoe style they said they had on the phone to find out they don't even sell that shoe style in store. When I got there customer service was not helpful and didn't show any remorse for the wasted time, saying I should have called a different number than what's on their website.

This store was very clean with very helpful and friendly staff. They had a wide assortment of clothing in many colours.

Bought some new pumas here. They have all the newest models and surprise to me a lot of remade old school stuff. So 75 bucks and I'm out the door with a badass pair of grips on my feet. Store was clean and organized.

Irresponsible and disrespectful staffs, especially the manager. When I called earlier to ask if they accepted online order returns, they said they did. I made a call to save the trip AND time. But when I went through "the" outlet parking and walking with the box, they said they didn't accept it - instead they'd print out the return label. They told me to put the order # and email address on a piece of paper. When I did, the manager who said he'd help me was chatting with other staffs looking at me. I wish I'd known his name, so I could report this.

Just left this store. I’d give a zero if I could for no other reason than the team lead, Celeste. I walked in with a pair of no show socks I ordered online to return them/exchange them. (Have the Receipt online). Soon after walking in I was asked if I needed any help by an employee. I talked to her about the UNOPENED package of my no show socks. She gave me her feedback on sizing down but to try them on and see. I enquired about returning an opened package. She replied that as long as they were in good condition, it’d be fine. I walk to the back of the store to OPEN THE UNOPENED package of socks. While walking back the employee comes and asks me if I have a receipt in hand (package still not opened yet). I said, “yes, it’s online”. She walks away. I sit down and open the socks and put one on. (Socks are a show). The employee comes back to tell me she is so sorry but I cannot exchange or return the socks because they are opened. She was very nice and apologetic. We went over everything she informed and I asked “and you guys really aren’t going to do an exchange because of the misinformation YOU gave ME.?!” She said yes. And that it was on her. I asked for the manager and I was brought to the store lead, Celeste. We rehashed EVERYTHING in chronological order and she said “that’s correct”. She refused to give me an exchange. Offered no apology, no discount, no store credit. CELESTE, you are horrible at your job. I will not shop here and welcome the store manager to reach out to me. This was the most ridiculous adidas interaction I’ve ever experienced. I will go to Yelp, IG, yahoo, and adidas customer service and will be calling the store manager. Smh. Wow.

The staff here are super helpful. I like that they’re organized and clean. I am an Adidas person and this is my to go to shop for my sneakers and workout clothes. I definitely would recommend this store.

Attentive and helpful staff! Great deals, but not too much variety. My size, was mostly sold out! I found great running leggings with 2 pockets on each side, so my visit was worth it. Then I went online and bought a couple more.

It’s an adidas outlet, they carry a bit of everything and even some designer y-3 pieces for females. I find that they are low on some popular sizes at times for some best seller items such as ultra boost shoes so you can try to call and ask before hand if they have your size before making the trip down. It’s a great store with helpful employees. Note that some items are excluded from the typical outlet sales.

Staff were rude and unprofessional always have the lamest excuse on why they can’t accept returns or exchanges. Their protocols are always inconsistent but are consistent of meeting below the minimum.
