DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP! They listed a car on CarGuru. And I called multiple times to ask them if the car is available but they never picked up their phone. I drove a long way to get to their dealership so I could check the car and buy it. They said it was sold, even though the car was still listed as available as I was talking to them. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Total waste of time and money.

Tried making an appointment which I showed up early to and he was half an hour late and had to wait an extra hour for him to be ready to let me test drive the car... ended up not having enough time for all of that waiting since I had work to still go to and tried calling back the next TWO DAYS! To which I did not get a single answer after calling 10 times spaced out. If he doesn’t have time to sell a car at a place that cells car or answer any phone calls or be on time for clients then he really should get a new profession. The vehicles are over priced and in bad condition anyway but if you want an expensive car with no AC, a million dents, a bad transmission and terrible customer service then this place checks all the boxes for you.

I bought a sprinter van from Ben a month ago. I test drove it and he showed me the car fax. Been told me it had been well taken care of. Even though everything seemed to be fine with the véhicule, I was hésitent to buy it because Ben didn't offer any sort of warranty. I trusted him and ended up buying it. Within a few weeks of buying the van the transmission goes out. The mechanic I took it to said it's likely that the van had never had its transmission fluid changed (it has 167k mikes on it!) and it had not been taken care of. Now I have to spend $7500 on a new transmission for a car I've barely driven! He should be paying for this. Do not trust this guy!

i have oil change there, i like what they did . MONDO he even look at my car for other things with out extra charge , I would recommend
