I entered the store and stood at the register no one asked can we help you they just kept talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me. I walked around the store for awhile no one said do you need help? No one spoke to me there's no good customer service whatsoever!

Went in today & store was very organized. I found a couple of t-shirts that i happened to see that were hanging on the 50% rack. Great store & highly addicting. Cashier Krystal helped me with my purchase & most likely i will have to make a trip soon enough.

The staff at this store was so helpful. It was my nieces birthday and she wanted her first pair of true religion jeans. She was unsure of her size and the staff made numerous suggestions and made her feel comfortable and she was truly happy with her choice. The staff was truly awesome.

Janice helped me in store with my exchange from items I bought online. She has jumped through hoops to ensure I was able to repurchase the items for the same price I paid even though they aren’t sold in store. Her customer service and follow through is absolutely amazing!

I bought a jacket online. It was too small, came to the Ontario Mills/ True Religion to return the jacket. I came on the 24th of December. And I jus got an email about my return yesterday. Went to the store, and also spoke with the Manager who didn’t care about the situation at all. Their Customer Service is HORRIBLE. It’s like 6 employees in the smallest store I’ve ever seen. And nothing gets handled. Shut this location down. Or hire a whole new team. Including the manager. The worse!!!!

Only 2 persons for customer services, cashiers . They are so slow to make the purshace. The entire store no sizes available. Long wait for get one fitting room. Many merchandise ar not organized. I believe need urgently A Manager or someone in charge Who make the bissiness running well.

The girls at this store suck. Have no idea about customer service. They were so rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. They were not willing to offer any type of assistance from the start. Everything was no without even checking anything.I was so embarrassed at how they treated. Me.I went there to do a return of a gift I received and was treated like I stole the item they. Would not let me do an exchange or a return. I ended up calling Them some funky b!@$&/# cuz their attitudes were funky. Naturally I was then told to leave the store by said funky B's yes plural cuz by then I had 3 of them ganging up on Me. As I walked out the store I told the security guard these girls are crazy he laughed and agreed me with me.It's crazy to see all these bad reviews about these rude girls working here. This was my first and last experience with True Religion

My son went to do a return yesterday afternoon. The employee that was there was talking to some customers, as the customers walked out the store she started calling the names like “b#%$!” And other vulgar stuff, we couldn’t believe what we’re hearing and how unprofessional this girl was. As my son is making the return he’s giving her the info she’s asking for but she starts being really rude to him too. It’s ridiculous how True Religion has these type of people working here being so unprofessional and rude. Love the brand but not the employees. Won’t be shopping from this location any longer. Please whoever manages this store need to retrain these people.

On the web say the store close at 8:00Pm on Sundays….I was out of the store on Sunday 03/06/22 at 7:31pm and the lady don’t wanted to received me saying that they are closed already.I said to her that only I want to do an exchange and she told me not…..that they are closed.*Please make sure that the schedule is updated*
