Went in for a head job paid around 3 grand motor still making the same noise, had to take it back twice once for an oil leak 2nd time was for the noise.. they tried to tell me if I could help out with the labor after it was still under warranty... now i am out of their warranty and it's leaking and it still had the same noise smh... shady place don't come here

I showed up here to get my crankshaft sensor replaced. Mind you I brought the part because I intended to do it on my own but just didn't have the time for it. I was charged 275 for labor that could've took him more than 2 1/2 to 3 hours. All in all just to pick up my car after his replace and my window was broken. He couldn't explain it and he said that it could've been him because he only worked under the hood. But my car was well in tack before going there. Didn't even offer to look at it try to do anything to fix it. Don't ever go here unless you want your car to get completely messed up.

My car had a problem with the engine. I knew something was wrong so I took it in to Primo's auto shop. Ricardo told me what was wrong and as soon as they could, he and staff started working on my car. They gave me updates to my car, so I was very pleased. They have the utmost best customer service. My car is running smoothly than ever before. And Ricardo even checked out my AC which is the best thing ever, especially in the hot summer right now. I definitely recommend coming here with whatever car problems you may have. Not to mention my car is a Volvo so not really common but they managed to fix it up. Great service. Great job. Please come here and ask for Ricardo. Thank you to Ricardo and his staff for fixing my car.

do not take your car here. it will come out worst than how you took it in. the owner just plays to fix your vehicle but does absolutely nothing. Unreliable and terrible services.

I have a 1973 Jaguar xke v12 roadster (the blue one in the pictures) and a 1988 Jaguar VDP v12 sedan. These cars never performed right until I found Michael's, through a recommendation from a friend. Now, I wouldn't let any other shop touch them. Michael, Tom and Anthony made these cars run like new (if not better than new). They are extremely skilled, honest and efficient. honest, reasonable and first rate expertise! He replaced a suspension arm on my Citroen 2cv, fabricated a tool to torque the nut to 300 ft lbs ! Straight Shooter!

My 1980 Oldsmobile cutlass was barely running when I brought it into Michael this past week. Him and his family have it running better than it would have in 1980. It is a pleasure to have someone who is honest and does phenomenal work, work on my car. I highly recommend!

Honest and knowledgeable mechanics! Repaired my car after a previous "certified" shop tried repeatedly to correct the electronic gremlins plaguing the vehicle. The service manager at this shop actually told me the car had been "struck by lightning" and that I should seriously consider trading it in on a new vehicle. Ummmm....no. Now, she runs better than ever thanks to Michael's British, American & Foreign Auto Repair ! Can't thank you enough.
