Went here years ago, for my graduation dress. From beginning to the end they told me I was a size bigger than what I was already comfortably fitting in. Ended up leaving with nothing and a bad experience that makes me always pass this store. There's one in Montclair and the ladies were so nice.

The customer service was good. But I didn’t see the sign that says all sales are final I guess. When I brought my gown home and tried it on a second time in a less hectic environment I realized I definitely could have sized down for one, then I never got my receipt so when I called she basically said “If it makes you feel better, all sales are final” I looked up the dress online since I probably have to resell it and I found it everywhere else for $80 at most. They charged me 160 for the damn dress. Biggest rip off ever. On top of being a single mom and trying to buy a nice dress for my daughter’s event, there’s places like this ripping people off. Very frustrating because I was actually excited to support a small mom and pop business ?

So rude and disrespectful. Beautiful store but when I went with my friends they body shamed my friend and judged her for the way she was deciding to try on the clothes. (Didn’t rip it or damage it at all and was very careful) Rude attitude, don’t shop there

I mean this sincerely WOW I have never met 2 women that were so body positivity and kind walking in the store I felt very welcomed and tbh at home iv been looking for clothes that make me feel pretty and myself for so long and I frankly found a store that does that. The best ?

I’ve been here a few times. When I went in the first couple of times last year everyone was nice. They greeted me and asked if I need help.I went to visit about a week ago and no one said anything to me, but greeted everyone else that came in after me. Not sure if it’s because they assumed something about me but whatever. I was in the there for maybe more than 10 minutes. Everything is pretty expensive I can understand for some things but for some other things, I’m not sure (and I’m basing it off the material used for some articles of clothing).There were three ladies working (again none of them helped me with anything or acknowledged me whatsoever) and the spent the entire time I was inside they were talking about their drama and I overheard one of them saying that someone was a “hoe”.The atmosphere is just really bad. I would have bought something had they helped me or maybe not blatantly spoke about people in that way especially at work. I might try the other locations but the one here is not worth anyone’s time just because of the lack of customer service.

Went here to find a dress for my high school dance. Dresses are gorgeous as always but while I was trying on one I needed help from my mom to put it on correctly and the worker refused to let her into the dressing room (some one person only in the dressing room rule). She insisted on helping me instead and made me open the curtain with only my underwear on. Im really uncomfortable about the situation because I had to stand in front of a complete stranger practically almost naked. I don’t care if she’s a girl I don’t care that she’s a worker she is a complete stranger to me and I never gave her permission to do that to me. In reality it’s probably not a big deal but me and my mom are pretty upset that this happened and I’m left with a bad taste about this store. Get better staff or at least change the rules please!

Very rude customer service! Very unwelcoming! I always buy my pendletons and lucky 13 shirt here but the lady was very rude and not welcoming won’t be back I’ll buy online from now on or go somewhere else my wife wanted to buy some dresses but felt so unwelcomed that we decided to leave.

Came to exchange it because it didn't fit my husband 12 hours later they told me I can't exchange it because it's dirty and it was worn. Nobody wore it because it doesn't fit him. I spent $176.30 for nothing and they refused to exchange it. There was nothing wrong with the floor sample. The girl that sold it to me she said to the guy in the register I'm gonna go to the back and get her another one and she already had it in plastic brought it and they just put it in the bag, why was it in the back? Why wasn't it on the floor? Was it already dirty when you they sold it to me and they just refuse to take it back now again, I filed a claim with my bank because you were not going to get my money, if you sold me the merchandise that way that's not fair for the consumer.

The vintage, pin-up, 40s/50s era is so beautiful and elegant. I am a shopper, and always looking for cute outfits. Anyways, I don’t often visit this shop bc I can feel the negative vibe and I was right! Prior to making my way here, the sales rude and lack of charisma red hair lady, said via telephone the dress I wanted was available in my size. So I made the drive, I get to the shop just to find the dress is not available in my size but a different one was. I tried the dress, the experience here was bad, I was asked to remove all my clothes, so she can help. Very uncomfortable request! With such a mad face and horrible tone! Why would you ask me to do this? I almost did not wanted to try the dress anymore. I’m dress shopping not at a doctors office! The dress I wanted was on display on size S, so I kindly asked if I could try the display model. This lady said “No, I am not taking the dress off the Mannequin.” W/ a real bad tone as if this question set her off. So I left.1. Why the need to make customers feel uncomfortable? W/ rude attitude, uncomfortable requests.2. I drove for 1hr just to come to find the dress I want, I can’t try bc it’s on the mannequin?Please be kind, enjoy being in a wonderful business where people can feel beautiful.I’m glad I did not buy the dress, I found a dress very similar, great quality, for the fraction of the price.My advice, keep shopping, look at all your options, don’t settle for less, especially when people are use to mistreat others for whatever or no reason.Never ever visiting any of their locations!Bye!
