Over price false advertisement very unfriendly do not shop there i rather go better price on better quality of fashion merchandise i never had problems before 40 to 60 percent discount Bull Crab I caculated its 180 but they charge us 380 lol we arent fool we had caculator on our phone please ontario mall have to kick them out of venues!!

Very disappointed in a tee shirt I purchased. The first time I wore it the collar collapsed. The only thing I ask in a decent quality tee shirt is for the collar to hold up.No more penguin shirts for me.

I would give less then one start if possible. I ordered some items from their website and received a confirmation number/email. About a week later I received an email telling me half my order was being cancelled and no explanation why. The item was still available on the website, so it was not sold out. I reached out to customer service and all I was told was they were busy so they cancelled part of my order to lighten their load but still valued me as a customer. I will never buy from them again since my 2 item order is such an inconvenience to them.

Forget about returning anything. None of the employees at the cashier "can" do it. They said someone would be right with me and that someone never came out of the back room. Waited for half an hour for the girl that told me to wait to do the return for me. If she knew how to do it, why didn't she do it on the first place? Keep in mind, the "someone" was not on lunch break either as one of the other employees mentioned it.
