This last visit on 10/16 to have my cat fixed and vaxxed was as wonderful as the 4 other times I’ve taken my cats there to be fixed . The staff was kind, quick and polite. They explained everything clearly and even followed up with a phone call the next day. It was a great experience yet again. They took such good care of my baby .

The Staff at Ontario Spay and Neuter is Amazing!! They treat All fur babies with care and us humans as well!! My friend and I are on a mission to get the feral cats in our neighborhood Spayed/Neutered.

I have taken many many trap and release kittens and cats to have them spay and neutered and have always received great caring service. I live in the mountains so the drive is very long, with that said I would not take the cats anywhere else. I know the cats are cared for and the staff really cares.

Ontario spay and neuter is a great vet place for our doggie. The front desk and vet have awesome service. People are super nice and professional, as well as always taking good care of our doggie.

This place is supposed to be low income. It has gotten way too expensive. I rescued a kitten and took him to get neutered the bill was 293.00 for everything. This is ridiculous. Definitely going to find a different place.

I bring my dog here to clean the anal gland, and he still scratch his butt at the floor. I need to bring him to other vet that I find out they didn’t clean at all and changed me $70 with doing nothing ><

I'm so grateful to have found this location. Everywhere else we're taking schedules months out and I was able to schedule shortly. I have 2 kittens I rescued and wanted to make sure no more unnecessary babies I called at least 10 other places and they were the soonest and CHEAPEST
the staff we're absolutely the best and sweetest and knowledgeable. Yes the wait after checking in is a lil longer than a sign in and drop off but they are totally worth the wait after check in Thank you

They won’t let your feral cat in to get fixed. They state one cat a person to get fixed. Get in line early they say. This place is total scam. I brought a feral cat in to get fixed. Was turned away due to one person bringing in 4 cats. The lady on the phone specifically told me 1 feral cat per a person. I get there. Was number 6 in line. The filming front of me had 4 cats. Then the employee allowed her to check in 4 deal cats. It’s obvious they were good friends. But none the less favoritism was shown. I drove 65 miles to come here and then was turned away because they allowed 4 cars to the lady in front me. this is wrong.
Totally bogus place.
