They use wet dirty rags to dry off windows and screens. This is the result of them doing that. I now have to clean all my windows and screen.

The staff and everybody is nice but I think there’s too many cars that come through here so they blow through. They do an OK job.

On Sunday July 14th around 1:30am I was racially profiled by this man shopping while black with my little brother. This was honestly very humiliating And very embarrassing because of his aggression and attitude when approaching me after accusing me. This man made a scene in the store and felt very stupid after he Made me empty my pockets and realized All I had was my wallet with my money and debit cards. I Will never return to this location or store until I speak to the owner or top dog in charge. If I don’t hear from anybody within the next few days, I’m posting this video all on social media from Facebook to TikTok Where I have an where I have a really big audience and Warning people to come to this store! So embarrassing, and honestly sad because this clerk reminded me that being black and America is still a problem…. Don’t come here if you are black!!!!

Went to get car wash today, and was turned away at the counter. I asked if my daughter could use the bathroom, and the cashier was rude, told me that the bathrooms were unserviceable. (Both of them i guess.) I will never again wash my car here. If you refuse to let my child use the bathroom here, than you can go out of business. If i could leave zero stars i would.

I have been coming to this place for years, they have increase the price as expected, but for one day to the next literally they double the fee for oversized car, I asked the cashier and she responded “don’t know”, then I asked the underwriter and the response was “is the way it is” I told him that is not the the way to treat customers, he responded “if you don’t want to come back, don’t come back”.
For sure I will not come back!

We’ve been here a few times and idk why we go back. They are so rude here. While visiting today we advised the worker we wanted the luxury wash and his response was “You should get the executive wash, your truck really needs it.” We have a brand new truck in nearly perfect condition. When I responded telling him no we would stick to the luxury wash he acted offended and said “oh okay because looking at your truck I can tell you really need it but okay”. Idk who this guy thinks he is but someone needs to teach him something about making a sale. You don’t sell stuff by insulting people. Honestly, their packages are all the same. They miss the small details. Center console barely wiped down, dust on the dashboard, and wipes marks everywhere. If they weren’t rude, it’d return but this is not the first time they’ve been rude to me.

I used to come here before work because they always had stuff in the mini mart you don't see everywhere. Like once I got a big sub hat for cheap . The main thing was they had my favorite juiced energy drinks both flavors and for cheap.

The car wash was fine, but when I used an ATM card to pay for it, the clerk behind the counter added $20 to the transaction.
Then, when I called for a refund, they said I could only get a refund if I actually drive back to the store, and discuss it with the same clerk who did the transaction.
Not good!

I give this car wash service a big fat ZERO. On 11/03/2023 I took my Nissan Murano to have cleaned as my auto went through the automatic car wash somehow someway water got into my tail pipe and flooded my engine I barely made it off there lot, my car was jumping and sputtering and the furthest I got was across the street in the Ontario Mills parking lot where I had to call a toll truck and have my vehicle towed to my mechanic who said that water got into the tail pipe and damaged my vehicle. On 11/06/2023 I called and spoke to the Manager and he did nothing but to argue at me about all the other vehicles like mine that come through his car wash and didn't have any problems. I said that this was my first time ever coming to this car wash and the experience was an awful experience. I will never in life go back to this place ever again, there equipment will destroy your vehicle!!!! The Manager was not apologetic and was very rude and non caring about my vehicle.
BEWARE OF THIS CARE WASH. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE EVER.
The 1star is there because I had to put it, I give this place a ZERO and do not recommend this place.

I give this car wash service a big fat ZERO. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for a while, bringing multiple cars that I have. This last time I paid a little extra and got the executive wash and it was left even dirtier than when I came. Nothing was vacuumed or wiped down, there were hand prints all over the exterior and the inside of the windshield was smudged so badly with something oily that I had to go home and re-clean it myself. It looked like they blew more mess into the car instead of vacuuming it somehow. There are stains on the seats that were not there before- it looks like dirty hard water spots. There are scratches all over the dash that were not there before. And it stunk so bad like dirty rags. I spoke to the manager and he told me I could come back to get it washed again. I did return (I live 30 minutes away but I made the commute because this place USED to be worth it, I figured it was just a bad time) and it was almost worse the second time. Still no vacuum- there were the same crumbs on the floors, same dirty rag smell and they sprayed armor all and did not wipe it down so I had spots stained all over the interior and my wheels looked HORRIBLE. It was so bad that straight from leaving this place I went to another car wash down the street to have it washed again. There were rag fibers all over the windshield and it was so bad that once again, made it hard to see. The second spot even commented on the armor all stains all over the interior and rims. It was actually embarrassing to tell them how much I paid for that wash. I will never be back and I recommend saving a headache and not coming here either.
