PEOPLE I PAY MORE FOR! I will only say this about prices (YOU FOCUS ON THE WRONG THING!)
(Not me, but you) GO for the prices, stay for the people!
I went to find out what this place was (I’m from PA, we don’t have Grocery Outlets)
BUT I KEPT GOING ONLY because the people are so great!
The Owners: Craig & Laura--I haven’t had too much experience with them but IT TRICKLES DOWN! THEY MUST BE AMAZING, CARING PEOPLE! Only met them once! BUT LOVE IT!!!!
I have said in my reviews on Google--I PAY MORE at stores and GIVE UP SOME OF THE THINGS I NEED AND WANT--BECAUSE THE PEOPLE I WANT IN MY LIFE--the people THAT SHOW THEY CARE--ARE WORTH PAYING MORE FOR! PEOPLE ARE NUMBER ONE!
The prices ARE PHENOMENAL! UNBELIEVABLE! They have spoiled me! When I am outta town I can’t go! AND I SEE SOME OF THE PRICES on my high ticket health stuff, like Bragg’s, Kevita Kombucha, Larabars, OR EVEN JUST PRODUCE! UNREAL! But that’s NOT why I go to this store! I WOULD STOP going if they weren't so
EAGER to serve!
3 words I would use to describe the Team at Grocery Outlet.
3 more words: HAPPY TO HELP!
Smiling, always greeting you (And if they know your name, they will use it)
You can call and they will go in the back to check for items (NOT saying “I’m too busy” or NOT putting you on hold for 10 mins!)
Sandy is the main store manager (I think, There are so many titles I can’t remember!)
Sandy has REALLY helped me out when relocating to Ontario and starting my business! IT’S BEEN ROUGH, financially but I KNOW SANDY ALWAYS HAS MY BACK!
Christina is a sweetie, though I don’t get to see her much!
Chris—is a guitar player and HUGE hustler! HE SEES SOMEONE looking around or waiting he RUNS (LITERALLY to help!) plus, he’s fun to tak to when he’s check you out!
Jayden--says he’s been there 3 years. Good dude! VERY Smart too! We talked about Harry Potter and Dream Catchers!
Laura--afternoon manager--I don’t know her that well, but I see her a lot. She works hard and always smiles (and laughs at my jokes!)
Denise in Produce is also great! LOVE her smile--LOVE her hustle!
I met a new Manager/ Store Owner in training--Miguel --LOVE the smiles, the hustle, WONDERFUL ENERGY AND GREAT hustle! VERY ATTENTIVE!
Margaret--ONE OF MY FAVS! (I have a lot of favs TOO HARD TO CHOOSE!) THIS LADY IS SO SWEET, STRONG AND FUNNY! VERY VERY Smart too!
Jose is the Produce Manager--SMART GUY! VERY intellectual, VERY knowledgeable about food in general, ALWAYS smiles and goes out of his way to make sure I get what I need! (even if he goes into the back (I hate asking sometimes) HE ACTS LIKE IT’S FUN for him to do it! TYSM!
Marissa--First person I met, sweetie!! LOVE THIS GIRL!
Bea--Can I say she’s a fav too? That's like 4 now?? DO NOT MAKE ME CHOOSE!
(Brittney IDK If I spelled that write. I can edit later but I want y’all to see this for Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas they have MORE STUFF you’re gonna love! 10 pound bag of Russet potatoes for like $2.38!!!
Julie--met a new lady! She’s a mom, sweet lady! Smiles a lot--I mean that describes everyone at Grocery Outlet! LOVE THEM!! !
A young lady--Bri’s dad came in one day to say “I Love you”--AWW! HAPPY TEARS! & she introduced me…LOVE THIS PLACE!
Angie--always talks to me about her grandma, husband & her dog Chevy
Even if they don’t have everything you normally shop for, CHANGE YOUR SHOPPING LIST! They’re the best! YOU WILL FEEL HEALTHIER believe me! They’re worth it! Thank you so much Grocery Outlet! Another family for me here in California!

Went in here for the first time today. Was majorly disappointed. Prices aren't a deal and the whole market had an off smell. I walked every aisle, and didn't purchase one thing. Waste of time.

This place has a variety of products, some I've never heard of before and because of the low prices I've had the opportunity to try foods I never would be able to afford at other grocery stores. Store is always clean and staff is super friendly.

"Anything else help you?" Someone actually asked me when I paid the bill and put the goods into the bag. If it weren’t for the high-pitched voice (which is completely different from the gentle and smiling cashier girl at the checkout counter), I wouldn’t have known that this sentence was meant for me. Yes, it was this store, on the morning of July 29, 2024. I would like to ask the new lady at the checkout: First, are you still suffering from eye disease, or are you blind and can't see me putting the goods in the bag? Or does your store stipulate that you have to go out immediately after paying the order, and you are not allowed to pack goods in the store? I don't think so. Otherwise, why hasn't anyone asked me this before? Second, even if I have paid the bill, if I remember something and forgot to buy it, I can't go back and buy it? From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out, it took less than 15 minutes, and you couldn't wait for me to leave? Do you think your store will consume more kilowatt-hours of electricity if I stay here for one more minute? Or if I stay here for one more second, your store will lose 100 million?
(I gave it 4 points because, except for the lady this morning, the other employees in this store had an okay attitude.)

The only thing that kind bums me out about this place is the fact they do not accept WIC. However they do accept EBT and have great customer service.

Save money. They have great bargains, seafood, produce, canned, wine, frozen dinners and non-dairy cheese. The items are always changing as they get new products. It is very big and clean and the workers are very helpful.

They have good quality, especially on meat, with excellent pricing....on the down side, there are no shopping carts offered to invite high volume sales... Why Craig doesn't offer this common sense commodity is a head-scratcher, especially when this is such an abysmally slow store.
