“Absolutely amazing company. I purchased a dark gray sectional and rectangular ottoman from Stendmar in early 2014 based on the sheer size and modern design. We used this couch for dining, sleeping, a guest room, jumping kids, messy dogs, and literally every other fun thing a family needs a couch for.Fast forward to August 2023, and we moved 1000 miles away and were looking for a fresh couch. I looked all over and the fabrics/construction of all the beautiful couches I found didn't compare. We purchased a gorgeous blue sectional from Stendmar again and just know that we'll be happy for at least another 10 years. Construction is top notch, customer service is the very best. Communication is wonderful. And for those wondering, pricing is the icing on the cake. THANK YOU!”

“They found a repair company and paid for a repair on a manufacturing flaw after I got nowhere with Mathis Brothers (where I purchased the A.R.T. items). I spent nearly $19,000 with Mathis who gave me a hard time from the start since my credit card mailing address was my office and the furniture was being delivered to my house. When we had a small problem with the furniture, Mathis was not very helpful, A.R.T. was professional, with follow-up.”

“I purchased a Water Creation Vanity and a satin gold faucet. I chipped the paint on the mirror and asked to purchase touch up paint. The service team sent me the paint at no charge. I had an issue with the cold brass body of the faucet. I contacted Water Creation and shared the problem. The immediately sent me a new cold water body with an appology from the Service Team for my problems. I have been plumbing for more than 50 years and this has to be one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with a manufacturer. I love the vanity and the faucet is a top quality solid brass that looks great in my bathroom. My hat is off to Water Creation Inc. and the Service Team. Thank you so much for your help and support.”

“This place is a hidden gem. I let my fingers do the googling and found this place. It's a warehouse open to the public, Monday to Friday. I was looking for new bedding and curtains for the summer. I needed blackout curtains at affordable prices, and I needed special items to decorate the house. I was in awe about Home Soft Things. They also have slightly imperfect wood pieces that are discounted prices. The place was organized and easy to look through, and I spent an hour there - I walked out with unique wood pieces, a cute ottoman, and some cute throws for my house. This place is also close to my home.”

“I have been a Williams-Sonoma customer for over 20 years so I am well versed in their products and I have to say that this store is worth the drive. I have bought some amazing things from this outlet store. I used to shop at the West-Covina Outlet too ( now closed). Yes, you have to be patient and search through and try to go with a game plan of what you are looking for. Before Christmas, I purchased a beautiful, vintage looking Santa Face ( wall hanging) that's about 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. Hand woven from Seagrass and or Raffia. It looked stunning in our home and it was very inexpensive. We have bought many nice things. After Christmas, their items for the holidays, were 70 percent off. Great time to buy, if you are so inclined. All the employees are nice at this store with the exception of one very rude lady who is sour and never wants to help. She's not great and should not be there since she clearly is a miserable person and wants to spread that "joy" to others.”
