If I could rate Connie's tax service a negative number then I would. I was referred to Connie by a friend. I went to Connie for a couple of years, then I was audited for my 2019 taxes. I notified her that I received a voicemail message to call back to schedule a phone interview with the IRS due to an audit. She assured me that I wouldn't have to do the phone interview because she would send in whatever information they needed. Come to find out, Connie sent the IRS fraudulent bills/receipts from a hospital and a dental office that I have never even been to. Those receipts showed that I paid about $40,000.00 out of pocket. Insane!! My new tax preparer also found that she had previously put that I owned my own business. I'm not a business owner nor was I ever. To say that I was livid is an understatement. IRS kept my refund this year of about $900.00 and I still owe them over $3000.00 due to her unethical and fraudulent practices. I would think 1000 times before going to Connie @ Connie's Tax Service.

Lazy, unproffesional, and incompetant tax preparer, I have just filed a malpractice claim against her and she will be investigated by the IRS, was audited for taxes she prepared ask for a appointment she said I can email her the documents i did she did nothing with them told her my deadline date she said she been busy all week with a babyshower so she did not pay attetion made a appointment with her called off work then she ignored all calls finally text that she is to tired to come in.....Iam going to sue for lost of wages and missing my deadlin.... she is as lazy as she is fat and reputable tax preparer would of taken care of it in 5min.

Exceptional Service! I've been attending Connie's Tax Service for many years, and wouldn't have it any other way. Very welcoming, low cost, accurate and rapid same day service! I don't live close to Ontario, but I don't mind driving out there to file my taxes with Connie. I've been going to her for a couple of years now, and I highly recommend her services to everyone! Connie is very knowledgeable at what she does, and if I ever have any questions, she always answers them in detail. She is also very friendly and ALWAYS provides me with excellent service! The whole process is quick and with direct deposit, I receive my return within 2 weeks. I always look forward to future tax seasons with her. Thank you, Connie!
