To the employee at Charlotte Russe who said she was from San Diego and was my cashier at the Ontario mills location. First off, your friendliness and customer service was outstanding. Thanks for the recommendation of the coffee spot called Better Buzz in SD for my vacation. It was 20/10 and so was the breakfast spot you suggested. Those two places totally made our trip . You are so wonderful for that. Stay vibrant girlfriend. Thanks again

First the girl at the register would not help me then they tried to screw me on the price charging me 6.50 when the tag said 5. And when they rung it up it wasn't even the correct item. Then refused to give me the item for the correct amount.

I went to this store and everything was on sale but the line was terrible. There was one cashier and there was a line up to the shoe area EVERY SINGLE WORKER was in the back Kimberly came to the front and went back to the back instead of taking customers. The cashier who was there did not apologize for the line or what was going on. Then the manager came called the rest of the workers when there was like 4 people left. This store was not ready to re-open post COVID-19. There are no visible signs for distancing, a jam packed store (without capacity limitations), no 6 ft. distancing. Packed isles, no one at door monitoring capacity. When asked the Manager where are markers for lines, she in turn asked me if there is something I can suggest for her to do..

Horrible experience here rude customer service I walked in not greeted not only that I asked a question and was looked at weird a was given a weird nod I asked due to the bankruptcy will I be able to order online and she was like yeah to find out I think she was the manager disgusting human being ever I didn't get her name but she was wearing a white tee with glasses on and looked in her mid 30s thank god there are going bankrupt

Customer service here is great, I've been here way too many times & there's always an employee asking if I need assistance or they'll hold on to my belongings while I keep shopping for more. The quality of things they have here is okay, the prices are good, but I am giving this place 4 stores because usually there's clothes/accessories on floor & sometimes there's limited space to walk... making it easy to accidentally knock off something.
