Very grateful for this shop. Noah and his staff were amazing, came in to see why one of my tires was loosing air, I thought there was a nail, but they took the time to thoroughly check and found the issue wasn’t a nail but diagnosed it was due to the air valve, Extremely grateful, they never once complained and they took 30 minutes looking for the issue and they cleaned it out and fixed it. and the best news is they had the integrity to help me free of charge, I was shocked because I willing to pay too haha but they definitely earned my future business. I will definitely be back! Thank you guys!

My car unexpectedly overheated and Big Brand Tire in Ontario was the closest shop to me. They were very quick, knowledgeable, informative, and the district manager went out of his way to take me and my kids home. I would definitely recommend them 100%.

Exceptional service.
We went to 3 tire service shops & the Ram dealership and no one would even try see if they could repair our tire that had a bolt in it. George said he would try, and if he couldn't fix it then we would need to buy a new tire; at this point we were tired of trying to find a new tire. When inspecting the tire, they found that the bolt never punctured through, and it was an easy repair. George & Manny took care of our Ram 1500 truck tire free of charge with their "free tire repair" policy and we didn't even buy a tire from them (yet!). Thank you for saving our family at least $300. We will definitely be returning in the future for our tire needs.

They did a quick oil change and free rear brakes inspection. They were honest about my brakes and said the brakes do not need to be replaced anytime soon.
