I brought in a 21’ boat trailer for wiring problems caused by a boat repair facility. They used a forklift and destroyed the wiring in the process. The boat facility Mickey-moused the wiring but they were unable to get things to work
Prior to the appointment my friend and I tried to do the repairs but were unable to correct the issue
On Monday, 07/01/2024 I brought my boat trailer to Arrow Trailer and they corrected the wiring and did a professional job in doing so.
I only went to Arrow once before with a hitch issue and they were able to repair it at no charge
They have the parts and they have the knowledge

We were looking for a old style trailer part they didn't have it but sent us to another place in another town and got what we needed so thankful for all the help.

Great place to get supplies or service. The only issue I have with them is they are so many customers getting service that it will take time to get in and get work done.

Gary and his crew in the service department are an amazing team, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Gary and the Arrow Trailer team spent several hours solving a triad of tow problems for us in a matter of hours to launch us on a two-week rv trip on schedule. Located the conversion part needed, diagnosed and fixed an electrical problem in the 7-prong connection, and located a blown charge fuse. They were endlessly patient with our somewhat clueless newbie questions. We can't recommend these guys highly enough.

The customer service here has been absolutely amazing!! James has gone above and beyond for me, I have been confused with setting things up in my trailer and have had many question and James has called me right away and walked me through each step. Best customer service I’ve ever had.
