I love Polarize Crossfit. Coach Jo is awesome. The workouts are really good and the community is great. Everyone is welcome and it's a really fun gym to be a part of.

Polarize CrossFit is awesome! Not only is each WOD fun and challenging, but the coaching from Jo really helps you get the most from your workouts. I can't recommend this gym enough for those looking to get into working out or continue their journey.

As a small gym, we get to know one another well. Not only do we have the opportunity to become familiar with each other as we sweat it out on a daily basis, but we also have group events so your partners in exercise can become your friends. Allowing exercise to become a part of your life as a whole is one of the best ways to keep your goals when the pressures of your day to day threaten to push wellness to the side.
