Teresa is amazing. First, she is very welcoming, has a great energy and helps you get the best out of yourself for your practice. She teaches in a way that is easy to understand, she demonstrates with lots of great reference to body positioning and has a special way of describing or cueing the correct posture. Her practice is great for beginners and gives you options if you are ready for a challenge. I really enjoy yoga time at PierViewYoga. I especially love how she thanks each one of us at the end of the session. It’s a feel good human and teacher/student interaction. Thank You Teresa. Namaste. ?❤️

Yoga studio that is facing the ocean! Incredible location. The owner Teresa is welcoming, sweet, and an experienced teacher. She gives modifications so it's a great class for any level. She brings an element of humor into her teaching which I love! Tip: Remember your sunglasses/a hat! Bring a towel/blanket for under your mat - grass can be wet sometimes!

Oh MY! We coordinated a private session with Teresa while here on vacation. We had three families with 12 people ages 2 - adult, and this was a highlight of our trip! Teresa was super easy to coordinate with ahead of time (I used email), and while we were with her, she made every person feel strong and capable and gave the adults a good stretch!!!! The location at Tyson beach/ park was beautiful as well. Seriously - not a thing to change about our experience!!!! Highly recommend that you check out Pier View Yoga!!

This place is the quintessential coffee shop -- great variety of offerings, not too many & something for everyone. We recently spent a week in Oceanside & visited this place 3 times for breakfast. Everything we ordered was tasty from the bagel & breakfast sandwiches to the acai bowls. Great selection of teas, excellent coffees. And friendly staff. Super cozy to sit in the window while you enjoy your goodies & watch the passersby. Can't beat it.

The beach is right in front of you as you are guided expertly through poses. Teresa is a great teacher, giving detailed guidance that helps the beginner while also motivating the expert.

Teresa is my favorite yoga instructor! Can't beat yoga on the beach in oside at 9 am M-F - or sunset at 5:30 T/Th but she also does zoom classes - and privates -she is great at teaching to all levels - experienced yogis will be challenged and newbies will also feel comfortable as she teaches to all levels -

This was really the only bagel that I’ve ever had while in Oceanside, but it was so good I’m sure that it’s the best. Coffee drinks we’re equally as good.

Very nice cafe within walking distance of the beach and pier. Friendly staff and good coffees. They also offer pastries, gelato, and some sandwiches. Nice atmosphere to just sit and relax with a warm drink, especially if it’s a chilly day.

This is a great place to take a break and hang out. The atmosphere is charming and the staff is friendly. The food and beverages are what you'd find in most coffee shops....but if you'd lucky enough to snag one of their comfortable places to sit, it's worth the 5 minute walk from the beach.

Teresa was the absolute BEST!! We had her lead a class at a vacation rental while we were visiting for a Bachelorette party and she was wonderful. She had a quick response time, showed up on time with mats, and led a relaxing yoga class. She also took the time to capture fun photos of us for keepsake. I highly recommend her!!

We came across this old house where the locals sit out front. We love places like this, so we went in. Coffee, sandwiches, and Gelato. Yum! Looked like it was recently painted, still needs work to make it more homey. Love the giant Octopus painted on the wall. Do more of that all over!!
